das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß und mit tollem Blick auf den Dom, nette Cafés und den Main.
Ich möchte mein Zimmer gerne für ca. 2 Monate von Anfang August bis Anfang Oktober untervermieten.
Das Zimmer werde ich möbliert hinterlassen.
Zwischen Wohnzimmer/Küche und dem Zimmer ist noch eine Tür, sodass, falls es denn doch mal lauter werden sollte, man immer Ruhe hat.
Das Zimmer hat sehr große Fenster und sogar ein eigenes Waschbecken! Es ist hell und sehr gemütlich.
Außerdem hat das Zimmer doppelte Fenster, sodass man nicht hört, dass man sich mitten in der Innenstadt befindet. Es ist sehr leise.
Wir haben 2 Küchen in der Wohnung, die übrigens über zwei Etagen geht, und 4 Bäder sowie einen Aufzug und einen Fahrradkeller.

The room is approximately 14 square meters in size and offers an amazing view of the cathedral, nice cafés, and the River Main.
I would like to sublet my room for about 2 months from the beginning of August to the beginning of October.
The room will be left furnished.
There is an additional door between the living room/kitchen and the room, so if it ever gets noisy, you can always have peace and quiet.
The room has very large windows and even its own sink! It is bright and very cozy.
Additionally, the room has double windows, so you don't hear that you are in the middle of the city center. It's very quiet.
We have 2 kitchens in the apartment, which by the way has two floors, and 4 bathrooms as well as a lift and a room in the cellar for bikes.

Das Zimmer ist in absoluter Bestlage!!!
Direkt vor der Tür sind zwei Bushaltestellen und die U-Bahnstation Dom/Römer ist ca 5 min entfernt und die Konstablerwache, bei der viele Busse, S-Bahnen und U-Bahnen fahren ist auch nur ca 7 min entfernt.
Auch Straßenbahnen sind nur so 4 min entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es direkt vor der Tür DB Fahrräder, die man sich mit einem Studi Ausweis gratis ausleihen kann.
Was auch ganz toll an der Lage ist, dass der Main, viele Cafés, Eisdielen, Kunst-Galerien, alle möglichen Museen, Restaurants, Clubs und ganz viele (!!!) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür sind.

The room is in an absolutely prime location!!!
Right outside the door are two bus stops, and the Dom/Römer subway station is about a 5-minute walk away, with Konstablerwache, where many buses, S-Bahn, and subway lines run, only about 7 minutes away.
Trams are also just about 4 minutes away.
Additionally, there are DB bikes right outside the door that can be rented for free with a student ID.
Another great thing about the location is that the river Main, many cafés, ice cream parlors, art galleries, various museums, restaurants, clubs, and numerous (!!!) shopping opportunities are right outside the door.

Wir sind eine relativ große WG. Alle, die bei uns wohnen, studieren (von Psychologie über Stadtplanung bis hin zu Soziale Arbeit alles mit dabei), die meisten arbeiten auch.
Wir schätzen Gemeinschaft alle sehr und machen viel miteinander. Wir gehen gerne zusammen feiern, spazieren, Picknicken am Main, spielen board games zusammen, machen und hören Musik zusammen, verbringen Zeit mit Freund*innen, machen Ausflüge, gehen zusammen auf Demos, ... . Total oft kochen wir auch zusammen am Ende des Tages. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr familiär und liebevoll.
Oft sitzen wir abends noch lange zusammen auf der Couch und reden, gucken Filme/Serien usw.
Es ist aber natürlich auch völlig in Ordnung, wenn man für sich sein möchte.
Ich würde uns als hilfsbereit, offen, lustig, kommunikativ und liebevoll beschreiben. Falls uns mal etwas stören sollte, sprechen wir es an.
In der WG sprechen wir sowohl englisch und deutsch, da 4 von uns kein bzw. nur wenig deutsch sprechen.
Uns ist wichtig, dass du queer-freundlich und offen bist.
Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan, 2 Waschaschinen, Spülmaschine usw..

We are a relatively large shared flat. Everyone living here is a student (we have everything from Psychology to Urban Planning to Social Work), and most of us also work.
We all value community very much and do a lot together. We like to go out partying, take walks, picnic by the Main River, play board games together, make and listen to music together, spend time with friends, go on trips, attend demonstrations together, and more. We often cook together at the end of the day. The atmosphere in the flat is very familial and loving.
Often, we sit together on the couch in the evenings, talking, watching movies/series, etc.
But it is, of course, totally fine if you don't want that.
I would describe us as helpful, open, funny, communicative, and loving. If there is something that bothers us, we talk about it.
In the flat, we speak both English and German, as 4 of us do not speak or only speak a little German.
It is important to us that you are queer-friendly and open.
Additionally, we have a cleaning schedule, 2 washing machines, a dishwasher, etc.
We are looking forward to hearing from you!
