Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Adolf-Miersch-Str., der anderen Lebensader Niederrads, fußläufig zu sechs Supermärkten, einem Späti und einer zunehmenden Zahl von Cafés und Restaurants. In der direkten Umgebung liegen fünf Parks/Grünanlagen, sowie der Stadtwald samt Waldstadion; ein mittellanger Spaziergang bringt einen an den Main. Über den S-Bahnhof Niederrad ist man schnell am Hbf bzw. auf dem Weg zum Flughafen(bahnhof) und nach Mainz/Wiesbaden; die Tram 12 und der Bus 78 fahren fast direkt vor der Tür ab. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in unter 10 min zum Uniklinikum, in unter 15 min zum S-Bahnhof Louisa (Umstieg nach Langen/Darmstadt), in 20 Minuten zum Schweizer Platz und in unter 30 min auf die Zeil. Parkplätze sind Mangelware.

The apartment is located directly on Adolf-Miersch-Str., Niederrad's other lifeline, within walking distance of six supermarkets, a Späti and an increasing number of cafés and restaurants. There are five parks/green spaces in the immediate vicinity, as well as the city forest and Waldstadion; a medium-length walk takes you to the Main. The Niederrad S-Bahn station takes you to the main station, the airport (train station) and Mainz/Wiesbaden; streetcar 12 and bus 78 stop directly outside the building. It takes less than 10 minutes by bike to the university hospital, less than 15 minutes to the Louisa S-Bahn station (change to Langen/Darmstadt), 20 minutes to Schweizer Platz and less than 30 minutes to the Zeil. Parking spaces for cars are in short supply.

Du ziehst mit Lorenzo und Sophie zusammen. Beide sind vollzeitig berufstätig. Lorenzo arbeitet als Handelsvertreter, im Maschinenbaubereich. 2 Wochen pro Monat ist er beruflich unterwegs. Sophie arbeitet im Marketing-Bereich und geht dafür die meisten Tage ins Büro.

You'll be moving into a flat shared with Lorenzo and Sophie. Both of them are in their 20s and fulltime-workingy Lorenzo is a sales rep in mechanical engineering. He is traveling about 2 weeks per month and spends the other 2 in home office. Sophie is working in marketing for which she usually goes to the office.

Die Bilder des Zimmers zeigen teilweise noch die Möbel meiner Vormieterin. Aktuell stehen also z.T. andere Möbel darin (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch). Das Zimmer wird im Mietvertrag unmöbliert vermietet, aber falls Interesse besteht, könnten die Möbel teilweise oder insgesamt durch einen Abschlag übernommen werden.

The pictures of the room still show some of my previous tenant’s furniture. Currently, some different pieces are in the room (bed, wardrobe, desk). The room is rented unfurnished according to the rental contract, but if interested, some or all of the furniture could be taken over for a fee.
