Vorweg: der Mietzeitraum ist flexibel anpassbar. Wenn also früher/später für dich besser passt, einfach nachfragen :) Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
Dein Zimmer ist schön groß, hell und gut geschnitten. Durch die großen Fenster und die Lage bekommst du also auch in der Winterzeit einige Sonnenstrahlen ab. Abgesehen von den Vorhängen, Lampe und Stühlen ist das Zimmer aktuell unmöbliert. Auf Wunsch können wir aber Bett (1,40 m) + Lattenrost, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Kommode + Kleiderstangen von uns aufbauen.
Ein, zwei Pflanzen gäb's auch von uns, wenn gewollt :)
Zur Wohnung selbst gehören ein Flur mit Garderobe, Tageslichtbad, Küche und ein kleines Esszimmer zum gemeinsamen Chillen. Das andere Zimmer hat auch einen Balkon zum zusammen draußen sitzen.
Ansonsten gibt es zur Wohnung Fahrradstellplätze, Aufzug und einen gemeinschaftlichen Hinterhof/Garten.
Da der vorherige Mitbewohner ausgezogen ist und ein paar Sachen mitgenommen hat, sind wir gerade dabei die Küche mit kleiner Spülmaschine und Induktionskochfeld aufzurüsten und etwas neu zu planen. Alles weitere wie Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, etc. stehen dir natürlich auch zur Verfügung.

Your room is nice and large, bright and well laid out. Thanks to the large windows and the location, you will also get some sunlight in winter. Apart from the curtains, lamp and chairs, the room is currently unfurnished. However, we can set up a bed (1.40 m) + slatted frame, desk + chair, chest of drawers + clothes rails on request.
One or two plants would also be provided by us, if desired :)
The apartment itself has a hallway with wardrobe, daylight bathroom, kitchen and a small dining room for chilling together. The other room also has a balcony to sit outside.
The apartment also has bicycle parking, an elevator and a communal backyard/garden.
As the previous flatmate has moved out and has taken a few things with him, we are currently in the process of upgrading the kitchen with a small dishwasher and induction hob and a lil' re-planning. Everything else such as washing machine, iron, etc. are of course also available.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Direkt am Luisenplatz, ist man in 3 min zur U-Bahn gelaufen am Merianplatz, Friedberger Platz oder an der Höhenstraße (U-Bahnen, Straßenbahnen & Bus).
In der Innenstadt ist man super schnell: direkt die nächste Bahnstation oder mit dem Fahrrad in unter 5 Minuten.
Obwohl der Luisenplatz ruhig gelegen ist, ist es eine Parallelstraße zur Bergerstraße. Bedeutet, du findest in direkter Umgebung alles, was man zum Leben braucht: Supermärkte, dm, Bäcker, Apotheke, sämtliche Cafés, Restaurants, süße Boutiquen und Plätze zum Shoppen.
Der Bethmannpark (mit Chinesischem Garten) und Günthersburgpark sind auch in unter 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich würde es so beschreiben: ruhig und schnuckelig, ohne dass es je langweilig wird.

The apartment is very centrally located. Directly at Luisenplatz, you can walk to the subway at Merianplatz, Friedberger Platz or Höhenstraße (subways, streetcars & buses) in 3 minutes.
You can get to the city center very quickly: directly the next train station or by bike in under 5 minutes.
Although Luisenplatz is in a quiet location, it is a parallel street to Bergerstraße. This means you'll find everything you need in the immediate vicinity: supermarkets, dm, bakery, pharmacy, all kinds of cafés, restaurants, cute boutiques and places to shop.
Bethmannpark (with Chinese garden) and Günthersburgpark are also less than 7 minutes' walk away.
I would describe it as quiet and cozy without ever getting boring.
wir sind Rashan und Jasmin :)
ich (Jasmin) studier Industrial Design, wohne seit ca 2 Jahren in Frankfurt und bin für jeden kreativen Spaß zu haben. Bin durch Family/Friends, Studium etc. auch öfter mal für paar Tage weg. Rashan macht was mit Finanzen, wohnt schon seit 5 Jahren in Frankfurt, macht oft Sport, legt manchmal wo auf und ist der bessere Koch von uns.
Wir sind ein Paar, aber sehr umgängliche und offene Menschen. Haben auch als Paar länger in einer WG gewohnt und mögen das gemeinschaftliche, entspannte Zusammenleben. Die Klassiker wie gemeinsam Kochen, Spiele-/Filmeabende (meist auch mit der alten WG), Billard spielen gehen, mal ne Ausstellung anschauen, Flohmärkte besuchen, feiern gehen,... ist alles mal dabei :)
Gibt Phasen, wo wir öfter unterwegs sind aber auch wo wir mehr auf Arbeit/Studium und den Alltag fokussiert sind.
Alles in allem soll sich jede*r wohl fühlen bei einem harmonischen Zusammenwohnen. Deshalb sind uns ehrliche und offene Kommunikation und eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit wichtig.
Und nein, ist kein komisches Dreiecks-Ding in Gange, mit einem Paar zu wohnen 😅 alles auf Augenhöhe und so.

we are Rashan and Jasmin :)
I (Jasmin) am studying Industrial Design, have been living in Frankfurt for about 2 years and always up for creative fun. Due to family/friends, studies etc. I am often away for a few days. Rashan does something with finance, has lived in Frankfurt for 5 years, often does sports, sometimes DJs and is the better cook of us.
We are a couple, but very sociable and open-minded people. We also lived in a shared flat as a couple for a long time and like the communal, relaxed way of living together. The classics like cooking together, game/movie nights (usually with the old flatmates), playing pool, going to an exhibition, visiting flea markets, going out to party,... everything is included :)
There are phases when we go out more often, but also when we are more focused on work/studies in the day to day life.
All in all, everyone should feel comfortable living together in harmony. That's why honest and open communication and a certain basic cleanliness are important to us.
And no, there's no weird triangle thing going on, living with a couple 😅 everything at eye level and that.
