A room is available to rent for girls/women for short-term. The room size is about 20sq.m.The flat is on the 4th floor/one before top floor. The apartment has a separate entrance with a big gate. So, it is pretty secure and the house master lives in the building as well. You will share the flat with a nice female Korean student. Please pay attention, that the room is available only between 11.12 and 15.01. Move in and move out dates are flexible and can be discussed. This is the reduced rent. Anmeldung is not possible.
The overall flat size is 60sq.m. The kitchen and washroom are also big and are more than enough for 2 people. The kitchen is fully furnished and the washroom (with shower) includes a washing machine.
It's on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. But there is a cellar to keep your luggage.
The flat is centrally located between Offenbach Hbf (8mins Walking distance) and Offenbach-Marktplatz-S-Bahn (4mins walking distance).
Though the location is central, the street of the apartment is quiet and peaceful. For a small walk, there is a park, 2 mins away from the flat.
We have a weekly cleaning plan, and we wish, the person to follow it (it takes less than an hour). Of course, now and then friends are welcome.
