Suche jemanden der es übernimmt, am besten ab 15.02. oder 01.03.
Das Zimmer wird über „RoomX“ vermietet.
Es hat 27m2 und einen schönen Balkon, der ausschließlich zu diesem Zimmer gehört.
Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie auf den Fotos sehen können.
Ich liebe diesen Wohnung sehr.
In der Küche finden Sie alle Utensilien.
Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, ebenso die Gegend - im Herzen von Sachsenhausen und dennoch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Ich hatte hier auf jeden Fall meine Ruhe.
Im Preis von 790e (WARM) ist buchstäblich alles enthalten, ebenso wie der Reinigungsservice alle zwei Wochen. Sie brauchen also eigentlich keinen Reinigungsplan!
Terminvereinbarung auch online möglich.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this room soon, since I’m moving out of Frankfurt.
Looking for someone to take it over, from 15.02. or 01.03.
Room is rented over the “RoomX” site.
It has 27m2 and a wonderful balcony that belongs to this room exclusively.
It’s equipped with everything (see the photos)
In the kitchen you can find all the utensils and in the bathroom, there’s a washing + drying machine.
Building is very nice, as well as the area - heart of Sachsenhausen and yet, it’s very quiet, peaceful, relaxed.
There’s also a beautiful garden/yard that belongs to the building and can be used.
In the price of 790e, literally everything is included, as well as the cleaning service once every 2 weeks, so you really don’t need any cleaning plan!
