WG in schönster Lage im Westend

Unsere WG liegt im schönen Westend und hat dementsprechend eine top Lage. Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei Rewe, Penny und dm. Außerdem sind wir zum einen sehr nah an der Haltestelle "Grüneburgweg" von der man die U1,U2,U3 und U8 nehmen kann und in 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man auch an der Ubahn Haltestelle "Alte Oper" von wo aus man die U6 und U7 nehmen kann. Wir sind also super angebunden. Die Straße in der wir wohnen ist eine Einbahnstraße und deshalb schön leise.

Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und bis auf den Schreibtischstuhl und den PC würde alles im Zimmer bleiben. Vorhanden sind: Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett mit Lattenrost (140 x 200), Kleiderstange und Gardinen. Für das gesamte Mobiliar hätte ich gerne 300€.

Our flat is located in the beautiful Westend, which means we have a top-notch location. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Rewe, Penny, and dm.
We’re also very close to the "Grüneburgweg" station, where you can catch the U1, U2, U3, and U8. Additionally, a 10-minute walk will take you to the "Alte Oper" U-Bahn station, where you can take the U6 and U7. So, you can pretty much get to anywhere in Frankfurt quite easily!
The street where our house is located is a one-way street, which makes it nice and quiet.

The room is fully furnished, as seen in the pictures, and everything will remain in the room except for the desk chair and the PC. The following items are included: wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, shelf, bed with slatted frame (140 x 200), clothes rack, and curtains. I would like €300 for all the furniture.

In der WG wohnen noch Karo und Dilara.

Karo (22) ist erst seit kurzem in Frankfurt und studiert im ersten Semester Medizin. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne ins Gym, strickt, spielt Geige und startet gerne alles mögliche mit ihren Freunden. Ob Volleyball spielen, bouldern, feiern gehen oder gemütliche Filmabende, sie ist bei allem gerne dabei. Sie ist Halb-Irin und aus der Pfalz.

Dilara (24) lebt schon länger in der WG und ist letztens mit Ihrem Bio-Chemie Studium fertig geworden.

Im Moment machen wir in der WG leider nicht so viel zusammen aber wir hoffen trotzdem, dass du offen bist und Lust dazu hast unser WG Leben zusammen etwas mehr anzukurbeln. Eine Zweck WG fänden wir nicht so schön, da uns eine freundliche WG Atmosphäre wichtig ist.

Um die WG sauber zu halten haben wir einen entspannten und einfachen Putzplan, in dem jeder pro Woche einen Task zu erledigen hat. Auf eine Grundordnung wird natürlich auch geachtet. Jeder räumt hinter sich selbst auf ;)
Sachen, die wir für die WG kaufen, teilen wir natürlich gerechterweise auf. Dafür benutzen wir "Splitwise".

Karo kümmert sich um die Auswahl der neuen Mitbewohner*in daher findet die Kommunikation mit ihr statt.

In our flatshare, you’ll also be living with Karo and Dilara.

Karo (22) just recently moved to Frankfurt and is in her first semester of medical school. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, knitting, playing the violin, and doing all sorts of activities with her friends. Whether it’s a playing volleyball in the park, bouldering, partying, or a cozy movie night, she’s up for pretty much anything. She’s half-Irish and from the Palatinate region.

Dilara (24) has been living in the shared apartment for a while and recently finished her biochemistry studies.

At the moment, we don’t do a lot together as a flatshare, but we’d love for you to be open to and interested in making our shared living experience more lively. We wouldn’t want it to feel like just a place to sleep; a friendly and warm atmosphere is quite important to us.

To keep the apartment clean, we have a simple cleaning plan where each of us takes care of one task per week. We also make sure to keep things tidy in general—everyone cleans up after themselves ;)

Any shared expenses, like household items, are split between all of us using the "Splitwise" app.

Karo is in charge of selecting the new roommate, so all communication will be with her.
