WG-Zimmer direkt im Bahnhofs-Gebäude - wer kann schon mit dem Lift direkt zum Perron fahren?
Ab 1.10.22 (oder auch früher ab 10.9.22) wird mein WG-Zimmer im Bahnhof Frauenfeld in einer schönen und praktischen Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m2 und besitzt ein grosses langes Fenster und ein Dachfenster und wird ohne Inventar vermietet. Da die Wohnung gut isoliert ist, hört man vom Bahnhofstreiben nur wenig. Das Bad wird mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt. Sonst vorhanden sind: Küche, Wohnzimmer, geteilte Waschmaschine/Trockner, Velounterstand, Kellerabteil, bei Bedarf kann ein Parkplatz gemietet werden.
Direkt vom Bahnhof innerhalb nicht mal einer Minute fahren unzählige Züge und Busse in alle Richtungen, so erreicht man zum Beispiel die Stadt Winterthur in nur ca. 10 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Mitte 20 und sind beide im Lehrberuf tätig. Wenn du eine fröhliche, lustige und unkomplizierte Person (m/w) bist, nicht älter als 30 Jahre alt, die sich an Ämtlipläne halten möchte und auch einem gemütlichen Schwätzchen auf dem Balkon nicht abgeneigt ist, wirst du dich sehr wohl fühlen.
