A cozy room with furniture is free by 01.11.2024 until 30.03.2025, (tenancy can be extended). The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the other person in the flat, ( the flatmate doesn’t use kitchen at all btw). The balcony has a nice view and gets sun during the whole day. The neighbourhood is quite nice with nearby shopping options, restaurants, cafe shops, bakeries, public transportations and gym ( all takes just 1 to 5 minutes by foot). There is private parking spot belonging to the tenant.
The room includes following furnitures:

The flatmate is a PhD student, leaves early morning and turns back home after 10 pm in general. He will graduate soon and move out. The room is not a typical communal WG-room, instead it’s like a studio apartment but kitchen and bathroom are shared. Each has own privacy and life in the apartment.
The rent also includes near costs (nebenkosten) like water, heating, private parking place etc. Parking spots can be rented for anyone, it’s up to you.
The rent is total 700€ per month, 1200€ deposit (which can be paid as 3 month instalments), and 390€ furniture cost (can be paid as 3 months instalments).
