Ich suche einen männlichen Untermieter für mein Zimmer in einer 3-Männer-WG vom 11. Juli bis 10. September. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Institutsviertels.
- Mein Zimmer ist komfortable 18 Quadratmeter groß und die Miete für die Untermiete beträgt 465 € pro Monat, also insgesamt 930 € für die zwei Monate (alles inklusive)
- Bitte beachten Sie, dass unsere Wohnung eine ruhige und saubere Atmosphäre hat. Wir halten einige grundlegende Hygieneregeln ein, daher suche ich jemanden, der einen einigermaßen guten Sauberkeitsstandard respektiert und aufrechterhält.
- Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, einen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler in unserer eigenen Wohnung und einen kleinen Balkon, von dem aus man bei einer Tasse Tee den Himmel sehen kann.
- Ich werde meine Sachen hier lassen, versuche aber, so viel Platz wie möglich frei zu machen.
- Es gibt zwei Mieter, mit denen Sie zusammenleben würden: einen Masterstudenten der Uni Freiburg und einen IT-Ingenieur bei einem Sensorunternehmen. Das Leben in der WG ist entspannt und wir respektieren die Meinung und den Lebensstil des anderen.

I'm looking for a male sublease tenant for my room in a 3-male apartment between July 11th and September 10th. The apartment is located near the Institutviertel.
- My room is a comfortable 18 square meters and the rent for the sublease is €465 per month, totaling €930 for the two months. (everything included)
- Please note that our apartment has a quiet and clean atmosphere. We maintain some basic rules regarding hygiene, so I'm looking for someone who respects and maintains a somewhat good standard of cleanliness.
- We have a laundry machine, oven, microwave, and dish washer in the flat on our own, and a small balcony you can see the sky with a cup of tee.
- I will leave my stuff here though I try to make as many empty space as I could.
- There are two tenants you would live together with: one master's student at Uni Freiburg and an IT engineer at a sensor company. The flat life is chill and we respect each other's opinion and life styles.
