Ich gehe längere Zeit reisen und vermiete mein Zimmer vorab zur Zwischenmiete, falls sich eine passende Pension findet, besteht eine gute Chance auf die Übernahme meines unbefristeten Vertrages. Es wohnen sowohl Studenten als auch berufstätige Personen in der WG, Privatsphäre und das individuelle Zeitmanagement von jedem werden stets respektiert. Sehr zentrale Lage, nah an Bahnstationen, Universität und Bahnhof. Alle Mitbewohner verstehen sich sehr gut, ab und zu wird gemeinsam gekocht. Da wir auch internationale Mitbewohner haben wird hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen. Die WG hat eine große, gut ausgestatte Küche, ein großes Badezimmer und noch eine separate Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und einen großen Dachboden, insgesamt also mehr als genug Platz. Das Zimmer selbst ist 10qm groß, für Klamotten steht ein Einbauschrank auf dem Gang zur Verfügung. Bei Interesse gerne anschreiben :) /

Estoy viajando por un tiempo y ofrezco mi habitación como un metro, en caso de que encontremos una persona adecuada, hay una buena oportunidad para asegurar un contrato permanente foor la habitación. Hay estudiantes, así como personas que trabajan a tiempo completo viviendo en el apartamento, así que la privacidad de todos y el shedule personal es respetado en todo momento. Ubicación central cerca de paradas de tranvía, la universidad y la estación. Todas las personas en el apartamento son súper amigables y hay actividades comunitarias como cocinar juntos bastante reagularmente. El inglés se habla generalmente ya que tenemos gente viviendo aquí desde diferentes lugares del mundo. Hay una amplia cocina con todas las comodidades, un gran baño y un aseo extra. También tenemos un gran salón y un ático, así que hay mucho espacio. La habitación en sí es de 10 metros cuadrados, viene con un armario extra en el pasillo para guardar ropa. I'm travelling for a while and offer my room as a sublet, in case we find a suitable person, there is a good chance to secure a permanent contract foor the room. There's students as well as people working full time living in the flat, so everyone's privacy and personal shedule is respected at all times. Central location close to tram stops, the university and the station. All the people in the flat are super friendly and there's communal activities like cooking together quite reagularly. English is usually spoken since we have people living here from different places in the world. There's a spacious kitchen with all the utilities, a big bathroom and an extra toilet. We also have a big living room and an attic, so there's plenty of space. The room itself is 10 square meters, it comes with an extra wardrobe in the hallway to store clothes.
