Hey people,
We have a room available in our shared flat from February 1 onwards. Your room, with a wonderful sunny view of the foothills of the Black Forest, has approx. 13.4 m2. You will share a 165 sqm flat with a very spacious living room, including a "winter garden", on the 3rd floor of a block of flats with 3 other flatmates. We have a small, well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom (incl. bathtub and stand-up shower), and 2 separate toilets. Apart from that, the flat leaves nothing to be desired. We have 2 fridges, a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, and most of the domestic machines your heart desires.
There is also an underground garage with 2 parking spaces and a cellar that we share.

Moin Leute,
zum 1. Februar wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Dein Zimmer, mit einem herrlichen sonnigen Ausblick auf die Ausläufer des Schwarzwaldes, hat ca. 13.4 qm. Du teilst mit uns anderen 3 Mitbewohnern*innen eine ca.165 qm Wohnung mit einem sehr großzügigen Wohnzimmer, inkl. „Wintergarten“, im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Wir haben eine kleine Küche, die top ausgestattet ist, ein großes Bad (inkl. Badewanne und Stehdusche und 2 separaten Toiletten). Ansonsten lässt die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben 2 Kühlschränke, Mikrowelle, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, also fast alles was das Herz begehrt.
Es gibt eine auch Tiefgarage mit 2 Stellplätzen und einen Keller, den wir gemeinsam nutzen.
The flat is in a quiet, picturesque location in an apartment building. From the living area, you have a beautiful, bright view of the greenery, where you can also walk quickly. In 5 minutes you are also directly at the Dreisam.
It is a 7-minute walk to the S-Bahn stop, 10 minutes to line 1, and in 5 minutes you can shop at Edeka. The old town can be reached by bike in about 20 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen, malerischen Lage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Man hat aus dem Wohnbereich eine schöne, helle Aussicht auf das Grüne, wo man auch schnell zu Fuß hin spazieren kann. In 5 Minuten ist man aber auch direkt an der Dreisam.
7 Minuten Fußweg sind es zur S-Bahnhaltestelle, 10 Min. zur Linie 1 und in 3 Minuten kann man im Edeka Netto einkaufen. Die Altstadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
We (Mimi, Akif, and Cheryl) are all in our early 30s and working in social, environmental and/or technology topics. We're from different countries and speak mostly English and German in the flat. We are not a 'Zweck WG', and we like to do some activities and spontaneously share meals together, but everyone has their own space.
