Short term is for people who are doing an internship, want to look for an own room or want to bridge the time umtil their New room becomes available.

100 Euro per week or 300 per month in short term and in the beginning of longterm to see if it fits. Then 250 Euro per month.

We usually spend one evening a week together cooking or playing board or card games or streaming or something else.
Mainly intervall utilization means that you and I are mainly alone in the room we share. So you have to work or study or something else during day because I work at night.
It is good to be mostly alone in the room, but also very exciting to meet new people and get to know someone well during the few hours a day we are together in the room.
At the moment lives here a 19 years old female student, a 25 years old female PhD student, and a 43 years old male worker.
You should be a friendly person who enjoys living with others and have to do something outside the appartement during the day - so no home office.
If you stay longer than a week you partcipate in the housework.
Since we share a room, it is good to do things together sometimes but also pursue our own things.
