Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders groß aber völlig ausreichend. Es ist voll möbeliert und es gibt die Möglichkeit Sachen von mir zu übernehmen. Grundausstattung sind ein Einzelbett, ein Schrank mit Spiegel, eine Kommode, eine kleiner Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl und ein Kallax Regal. Außerdem hat jedes Zimmer einen LAN Anschluss für gutes Internet. Das Badezimmer ist sehr modern, recht groß und wird sich mit zwei anderen geteilt (jede Etage hat ein eigenes Bad). Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa, Esstisch, Fernseher, etc.. Es ist verbunden mit der Küche die sehr modern und extrem gut ausgestattet ist (zwei Kühlschränke, Induktionskochfeld, Spühlmaschine, jede Menge Stauraum und Küchengeräte/Geschirr. Im Keller befindet sich ein Waschraum mit zwei Trocknern und zwei Waschmaschinen was bei neun Leuten mehr als genung ist. Zudem gibt es einen Außenbereich mit Tischtennisplatte, Fahhradstellplätzen, einer kleinen Rasenfläche und verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Haus wurde 2020 renoviert. Insgesamt muss ich sagen, dass ich in Freiburg bisher wenig gesehen habe was besser ausgestattet ist aber das kommt natürlich auch mit einem Preis :).

The room is not particularly big but it is perfectly adequate. It is fully furnished and there is the possibility to take things from me. The basic furnishings are a single bed, a wardrobe with mirror, a chest of drawers, a small desk, a chair and a Kallax shelf. Each room also has a LAN connection for good internet access. The bathroom is very modern, quite large and is shared with tow other people (each floor has its own bathroom). There is a large living room with a large sofa, dining table, TV, etc.. It is connected to the kitchen which is very modern and extremely well equipped (two fridges, induction stove, dishwasher, lots of storage space and kitchen utensils/dishes. In the basement there is a laundry room with two dryers and two washing machines which is more than enough for nine people. There is also an outdoor area with a table tennis table, bicycle parking spaces, a small lawn and various seating areas. The house was renovated in 2020. Overall, I have to say that I have seen little that is better equipped but of course that comes with a price :).
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer Wohngegend. Der Bahnhof Zähringen ist 3min entfernt (Von da ist man in 5min am HBF), zur Tramlinie 4 sind es 7min zu Fuß (ins Zentrum fährt man 15min). Mit dem Fahhrad ist man ebenfalls in etwa 15min im Zentrum (geht auch schneller :) ), zum Instiviertel sind es weniger als 10.
The location is very quiet in a residential area. The train station Zähringen is 3min away (5min to the main station), tram line 4 it is a 7min walk (to the center it takes 15min). With the bike its also about 15min to center (is also faster :) ), to the Instiviertel it is less than 10 min.
Es handelt sich definitiv nicht um eine Zweck WG. Alle sind mega offen und freundlich und es wird regelmäßig etwas unternommen (etwas Spielen, etwas Schauen, zusammen essen/kochen, feiern gehen, etc.). Bei 9 Leuten kann man sich eigentlich immer sicher sein, dass jemand für etwas zu haben ist. Außerdem gibt es häufiger Besuch. Gleichzeitig ist es auch gar kein Problem wenn man nicht immer am Start ist, zeit für sich braucht oder etwas anderes unternimmt. Ich würde das WG-Leben insgesamt als sehr herzlich, offen und ungezwungen bezeichnen, vieles ist möglich, nichts muss, aber wer nach einer reinen Zweck WG sucht ist hier eher falsch. Aktuell leben zwei Internationals in der WG also wird häufiger auch mal Englisch gesprochen. Internationals sind grundsätzlich sehr willkommen.
It's definitely not just a functional shared flat. Everyone is super open and friendly and there are regular activities (playing games, watching something, eating/cooking together, going out to party, etc.). With 9 people, you can always be sure that someone is up for something. There are also frequent visitors. At the same time, it's not a problem if need time to yourself or are doing something else. Overall, I would describe life in the shared flat as very warm, open and informal, a lot is possible, nothing is a must, but if you're looking for a purely functional shared flat, you're at the wrong place. There are currently two internationals living in the shared flat. More internationals are always very welcome.
Ich ziehe recht kurzfristig zum August aus und suche nach einem Nachmieter. Stellt euch am besten einfach kurz vor und dann können wir einen Termin vereinbaren (notfalls auch online). Die WG entscheidet zusammen und es ziehen in nächster Zeit auch 2 weiter Personen aus also wird es noch mehr Neue geben. Wenn ihr schnell einzieht könnt ihr da wahrscheinlich sogar mit entscheiden. Wenn ihr mit dem Preis klar kommt, kann ich euch garantieren, dass es so ziemlich das beste ist wo man hinziehen kann, ich bin wirklich traurig auszuziehen.
I'm moving out at short notice in August and am looking for a new tenant. Just introduce yourselves briefly and then we can arrange an appointment (online if necessary). 2 more people will be moving out in the near future, so there will be more new people. If you move in quickly, you can probably even help decide. If you can manage the price, I can guarantee you that it's pretty much the best place to move to, I'm really sad to move out.
