Zimmer 2 (440): 20 qm, sehr geräumig, hell und unmöbliert
Die Wohnung: Insgesamt 145 qm groß, mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Balkon in der Küche, einer Waschküche im Keller, einem Kellerabteil und einem Fahrradstellplatz. Die Wohnung hat ein frisch renoviertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und verfügt über Zentralheizung. Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Viertel Ober-Wiehre, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie EDEKA, Aldi, Rewe, dm und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Maria-Hilf-Kirche) hält direkt vor der Tür, und die Innenstadt ist in nur 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Sportbegeisterte ist der Wald nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
In unserer WG leben Studierende und Berufstätige aus Deutschland und Kolumbien. Wir kochen, chillen und feiern gerne zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt. Es gibt einen Putzplan, der eingehalten wird, damit alles entspannt bleibt.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ab März die Hauptmieterschaft zu übernehmen, mit einer Vertragsänderung. Momentan finden Renovierungen in der Wohnung über uns statt, weshalb das Haus eingerüstet ist. Die Arbeiten stören jedoch nicht.

We, the Schützis from the 2nd floor, are looking for two new flatmates to join our WG!
Room 2 (440 euro): 20 sqm, spacious, bright, and unfurnished.
The Apartment: A total of 145 sqm, with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony off the kitchen, a laundry room in the basement, a storage unit, and a bike storage area. The apartment features a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub and central heating. The flat is located in the beautiful Ober-Wiehre neighborhood, with plenty of nearby shopping options (EDEKA, Aldi, Rewe, dm, and bakeries). The tram stop (Maria-Hilf-Kirche) is right outside the door, and it’s just a 12-minute walk to the city center. For outdoor enthusiasts, the forest is only 2 minutes away.
Our WG includes students and professionals from Germany and Colombia. We enjoy cooking, relaxing, and the occasional party together when it happens naturally – no pressure! We have a cleaning schedule to keep everything running smoothly.
Additional Information:
There’s the possibility of taking over the main tenancy from March, with a change of contract. Please note that some renovations are currently being done on the apartment above, so there’s scaffolding around the building. However, it doesn’t cause major disturbances.
