Una habitación en nuestro hermoso GT en el segundo Kandelhof se está poniendo disponible para alquiler temporal porque nuestro compañero de piso se está moviendo hacia fuera el 1 de marzo. Después de eso, es probable que un amigo del GT se mueva, por lo que la habitación sólo está disponible para el metro mientras tanto. ¡Pero créeme, no quieres perderte esta oportunidad!

La habitación tiene sol hasta la madrugada, lo que trae graves vibraciones de verano. Si usted necesita muebles, nuestro compañero de piso puede dejar la cama, sofá, vestidor, armario, perchero de ropa, y algunas otras piezas, sólo háganos saber, y podemos resolverlo. Si prefiere la habitación vacía, eso tampoco es problema.

Ubicación

¿Ya conoces a Kandelkino? Nuestro apartamento está justo por Kandelhof, justo enfrente del mejor döner de la ciudad y la parada de tranvía Herdern. Todo está muy cerca: 5-7 minutos en bicicleta hasta el centro de la ciudad, además de una estación de Frelo justo al lado de nuestra puerta principal. Edeka, Aldi y Lidl están todos en Habsburgerstraße, e incluso Kaufland no está lejos.

Tipo de estructura plana

Usted estaría viviendo conmigo (Roufail, él / él), Julie (ella / ellos), y Leo (él / él). Todos hemos vivido juntos durante 2-4 años y tuvimos un tiempo inolvidable.

Todos estamos un poco ocupados con diferentes horarios (trabajo, universidad, vida), y ahora que se está poniendo más caliente, estamos fuera y mucho. Sin embargo, tenemos una vibra súper armoniosa y amorosa en casa, y siempre hemos encontrado tiempo para hacer las cosas juntos. Nos apoyamos, siempre tenemos un oído abierto, y este piso nunca ha sido sólo un WG funcional.

Todo el edificio, e incluso el de al lado, está lleno de GT, por lo que hay muchas posibilidades de conectarse con otras personas también.

Hasta ahora, siempre hemos compartido nuestra comida, y si quieres unirte, nos encantaría, pero es totalmente opcional!

Nos importa mucho crear un espacio respetuoso y solidario. Nuestro GT es claramente de izquierda, por lo que no hay lugar para ninguna forma de discriminación o comportamiento patriarcal.

Hey everyone,

A room in our beautiful WG in the second Kandelhof is becoming available for temporary rent because our flatmate is moving out on March 1st. After that, a friend of the WG will likely move in—so the room is only available for sublet in the meantime. But trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this chance!

The room gets sunshine until the early morning, which brings serious summer vibes. If you need furniture, our flatmate can leave the bed, sofa, dresser, wardrobe, clothing rack, and some other pieces—just let us know, and we can sort it out. If you’d prefer the room empty, that’s no problem either.

Location

Do you already know Kandelkino? Our flat is right by Kandelhof, directly across from the best döner in town and the Herdern tram stop. Everything is super close—5-7 minutes by bike to the city center, plus a Frelo bike station right next to our front door. Edeka, Aldi, and Lidl are all on Habsburgerstraße, and even Kaufland isn’t far.

You would be living with me (Roufail, he/him), Julie (she/they), and Leo (he/him). We’ve all lived together for 2-4 years and had an unforgettable time.

We’re all a bit busy with different schedules (work, university, life), and now that it’s getting warmer, we’re out and about a lot. Still, we have a super harmonious and loving vibe at home, and we’ve always found time to do things together. We support each other, always have an open ear, and this flat has never been just a functional WG.

We care a lot about creating a respectful, supportive space. Our WG is clearly left-leaning, so there’s no room for any form of discrimination or patriarchal behavior.
