Das Haus ist ruhig und es wohnen 8 Parteien darin, u.a. auch noch eine Studenten WG. Es ist wärmeisoliert und es stehen ein Waschraum zum Wäsche trocknen und ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung. Parkplätze sind in der Straße vorhanden. Ich bin tolerant und aufgeschlossen lege jedoch sehr großen Wert auf ein ruhiges, geordnetes und vor allem sauberes Zusammenleben. Regelmäßiges putzen ist ein muss.

Wichtig: Ich möchte gerne das Zimmer bis 31.10.25 vermieten gfs. auch bias ende des Jahres. Also bitte nur melden wenn der Zeitraum passt.
