Keine drei Häkchen? Dann passen wir leider nicht zu dir – und wünschen dir baldigen Erfolg bei der Suche nach einem Ort, der für dich passt.
Das Zimmer ist im ersten Stock und hell – wie die gesamte Wohnung. Es hat bodentiefe Fenster und Parkettboden.
Die Wohnung geht über zwei Stockwerke, hat zwei Bäder, einen über 40 qm großen Wohn-/Essbereich, eine gemütliche Terrasse, einen schönen Garten ... oh, und wir haben noch eine zweite, kleine Terrasse, die an heißen Sommertagen angenehm schattig ist.
Im Haus sind insgesamt zwölf Wohnungen und wir leben eine sehr unkomplizierte und herzliche Nachbarschaft. Ein freundlicher Small Talk ist immer drin – und nachbarschaftliche Hilfe sowieso.

The room is on the first floor and bright – just like the rest of the apartment. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful hardwood floors.
Our place is spread across two floors and comes with two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area of over 40 square meters (430 sq ft), a cozy terrace, and a lovely garden. Oh, and did we mention we have a second, smaller terrace that's perfectly shaded for those hot summer days?
There are twelve apartments in total in our building, and we enjoy a wonderfully laid-back and warm community here. There's always time for a friendly chat, and you can count on your neighbors if you ever need a hand.

Our neighborhood, Vauban, is often described as car-free – not entirely true, but there are very few cars here, and plenty of play streets and green spaces instead. In other words: Life in Vauban is pretty wonderful. :-)
Schönberg hill is right on our doorstep, perfect for walks, jogging, or mountain biking – perhaps with your friendly flatmates. Or you could treat yourself to a cappuccino with a view over Freiburg at the Jesuitenschloss.
It's a four-minute walk to the Vauban tram terminus. During the day, tram line 3 runs every few minutes, and there's also the number 11 bus. By bike, you can reach the city center in ten to fifteen minutes.
Plus: There's a Frelo bike-sharing station just around the corner, and a car-sharing spot right outside our door.

Wir, Bettina and Frank, sind zwischen Ende 30 und Ende 50, berufstätig und immer mal wieder im Homeoffice, zum Teil auch längere Zeit.
Wir alle leben schon lange in WGs. Wieso? Leben in Gemeinschaft macht schlicht mehr Spaß als alleine.
Dir geht es genauso? Dann bist du bei uns richtig!
Perspektivisch wollen wir wieder zu einer Vierer-WG werden.
PS: Wir freuen uns auf eine:n Mitbewohner:in m it Freude am Zusammenleben (und der:die vielleicht sogar Lust hat, bei unserem Lauftreff am Mittwoch Abend mitzuflitzen :-) )

We, Bettina and Frank, are between late 30s and late 50s, working professionals who sometimes work from home, occasionally for extended periods.
We've all been living in shared flats for years. Why? Simply put, living in a community is more fun than living alone.
