Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal, einen Sessel sowie einen Kleiderschrank.
Das Bett ist ein Schrankbett. Diese Schreinerarbeit kann tagsüber hochgeklappt werden um die Wohnfläche optimal auszunutzen und ist äußerst hochwertig und robust.
PC, Bildschirm und Nachtkästchen sind nicht inbegriffen, der WIFI-Rooter verbleibt in der Wohnung.
Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ist in der 2er-WG ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche inkl. Backofen mit Sitzgelegenheiten für kleine Feiern.
Ein Wasserkocher, Toaster sowie einige Töpfe und etwas Besteck verbleiben in der Wohnung.
Alle Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Das Schrankbett ist für einen Preis von 150 € zu übernehmen.

The room has a desk, a bookcase, an armchair and a closet.
The bed is a murphy bed. This carpentry can be folded up during the day to make the most of the living space.
A small bathroom with shower, toilet and bathroom sink is also part of the two-person-flat.
Kettle, toaster and some pots and cutlery will remain in the flat, also the WIFI-station.
Computer , monitor and nightstand are not included.
All utilities are included in the rent.

If you are already on the waiting list for the dormitory, it is possible to take over the WG-room permanently.

The murphy bed has to be bought for 150 €.
Vom Zimmer aus blickt man auf den Innenhof, vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Weihenstephaner Berg und den Außenbereich der Grünanlage.
Die Wohnheimsbar befindet sich einen Wohnblock weiter. Die Lage ist also strategisch günstig aber nicht so nah um vom Lärm gestört zu werden.
Campus und Innenstadt sind jeweils fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, die Sportanlagen des Hochschulsports auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Campusgarten "Knosporus" befindet sich ca. 200 Meter entfernt.
On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen including an oven with seating for small parties.
The dormitory bar is located one block away, making for an advantageous proximity, but not so close as to be disturbed by noise.
The room overlooks the courtyard, and the living room overlooks Weihenstephaner Berg and the outdoor green space.
Campus and city center are both within 10 minutes walking distance, and the university sports facilities are across the street. Campus garden "Knosporus" is just up the street and may be joined without cost.
Da die zweier-WG komplett neu besetzt wird, kann zum jetzigen Stand noch nichts über das WG-Leben gesagt werden.
Die Wohnheimbar hat jeden Samstag geöffnet, zusätzlich gibt es eine Reihe weiterer Freizeitaktivitäten, die über das Wohnheim laufen.
As the entire 2-person-flat is being rented, no information is possible about flat-life.
However the dorm bar is open every Thursday and a couple of recreational activities are being offered.
