Das Zimmer mit Dachschräge ist rechteckig geschnitten. Es hat ein Dachfenster und einen Heizkörper. Bisher habe ich das Zimmer als Arbeitszimmer genutzt. Die Sachen auf dem Bild nehme ich natürlich raus, wenn du einziehst. Das Schränkchen mit der Vitrine könntest du benutzen, wenn du magst. Ansonsten findet sich bestimmt noch Platz dafür im Wohnzimmer. Wir teilen uns außerdem eine kleine Küche, ein saniertes Badezimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon Richtung Westen. Es gibt auch ein Kellerabteil und eine kleine Abstellkammer, in der ich aktuell Schuhe und Mülltrennung unterbringe.

The room with a sloped ceiling has a rectangular layout. It features a skylight and a radiator. So far, I have used it as a home office. Of course, I will remove the items in the picture before you move in. You are welcome to use the small cabinet with the glass display if you’d like; otherwise, we can find space for it in the living room.
We also share a small kitchen, a renovated bathroom and a living room with a large west-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a basement storage unit and a small storage room where I currently keep shoes and recycling bins.
Mammendorf hat mehrere Supermärkte, eine Eisdiele, einen kleinen See, ein Freibad, viele umliegende Spazierwege und ist bestens ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden. Mit dem Bus kann man nach Fürstenfeldbruck, Geltendorf, etc. fahren. Die S-Bahn Linie 3 fährt nach München. Außerdem hält am Bahnhof regelmäßig der Regionalzug nach München bzw. nach Augsburg/Ulm/ Dinkelscherben, was den Ort besonders attraktiv zum Pendeln macht.

Mammendorf has several supermarkets, an ice cream parlor, a small lake, an outdoor swimming pool and many nearby walking trails. It is also well connected to public transportation. You can take a bus to Fürstenfeldbruck, Geltendorf and other destinations. The S-Bahn line S3 runs to Munich. Additionally, the regional train stops regularly at the station, providing connections to Munich/Augsburg/Ulm/Dinkelscherben, making the town especially attractive for commuters.
Ich bin Franzi, 31, und freu mich auf eine entspannte, ordentliche Person, die gelegentlich Lust auf einen gemeinsamen Abend auf dem Sofa, dem Balkon, mit einem Brettspiel oder auf dem Dancefloor hat. Ich bin berufstätig und tagsüber relativ viel unterwegs. Normalerweise bin ich leicht für alle möglichen Aktivitäten zu motivieren. Genauso fein ist es natürlich, die Zimmertür auch mal hinter sich zuzumachen. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großes Sofa, auf dem ab und zu mal Gäste übernachten. Da sind natürlich auch deine Leute herzlich Willkommen.

I'm Franzi, 31, and I'm looking forward to sharing the space with a relaxed, tidy person who occasionally enjoys a cozy evening on the sofa, on the balcony, playing a board game or hitting the dance floor. I work full-time and am out and about quite a lot during the day. I'm usually up for all kinds of activities, but of course, it's totally fine to just close your door and have your own space.
There's a big sofa in the living room where guests sometimes stay overnight—your friends are, of course, more than welcome too!
