Das Zimmer ist 18,49m² groß und mit Küche verbunden. Es steht ein guter Fernseher im Zimmer, den du gerne verwenden kannst.
Im Zimmer stehen schon Möbel, die können aber ausgetauscht werden, wenn nötig.
Im Badezimmer gibt es Dusche und Badewanne, dazu gibt es einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine.
(Update: Ich bin erstmal ne weile nicht mehr in Fürstenwalde und würde eventuel die Wohnung dem Untermieter übergeben nach ein paar Monaten. Auf jedem Fall wären alle Zimmer frei benutzbar)

Die Wohnung ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Spree entfernt und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle wenige Meter weit entfernt.
Der Bahnhof ist mit Bus innerhalb von 12 Minuten zu erreichen und mit Fahrrad in 7 Minuten.
Von dort aus kommt man innerhalb von 30 Minuten mit dem Zug nach Ostkreuz.
Es gibt außerdem einen Netto, den man innerhalb von 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Ich ziehe auf Grund meiner Arbeit für eine Weile nach Berlin in eine WG, deshalb wäre ich nur ein paar mal in der Woche da.
Wichtig ist es mir, dass du dich gut mit Katzen verstehst, da ich den Kater leider nicht mit nach Berlin nehmen kann.
Der Kater heißt Pringles und ist sehr zutraulich, also habe ich keinen Zweifel dass ihr euch gut verstehen werdet.
Falls du selbst ein Haustier hast, und die sich gut mit Katzen verstehen, darfst du das Tier gerne mitbringen.
