In unserer internationalen 6er WG in der Kurfürstenstraße (Höhe B&B-Hotel) ist ab 01.01.2025 ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer hat 16m² und kostet 325€ warm. In dem Preis sind bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Internet, GEZ usw. enthalten.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 280m² groß und sehr geräumig. Wir haben eine große Küche, 2 Bäder, eine separate Toilette, ein Arbeits- und Spielzimmer und ein Gästezimmer. In der großen Wohnküche wird gerne gut gekocht.
Zusätzlich haben wir einen eigenen Kellerraum, eine Werkstatt und einen Kellerraum zum Wäsche trocknen. Zum Haus dazu gehört ein großer Garten, den wir zusammen mit den anderen Hausbewohner:innen nutzen und auch pflegen.

We have a room available from 01.01.2025 in our international 6-person shared flat near B&B Hotel, Kurfürstenstraße.
About the room & apartment:
The room is 16m² and costs 325€ warm. The rent already includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, internet, GEZ and etc.
The apartment is 280m² in size and very spacious, with high ceilings. We have two bathrooms with two toilets (one of which is separate), a study-game room and a guest room. We often like to cook in our huge kitchen. We also have our own cellar room, a workshop and a basement for laundry-drying. The house also has a large garden, which we use and take care of together with the other housemates.
Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß zehn Minuten von der Hochschule und acht Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, Schlosspark und Frauenberg liegen fast vor der Haustüre.

The apartment is a ten-minute walk away from the University and an eight-minute walk from the train station, with the Schlosspark and Frauenberg almost at the doorstep.
Bei uns leben sowohl Berufstätige (Sozialarbeiter, Informatiker, Soziologin), wie auch Studierende (Intercultural Communication and European Studies-Studentin und Human Rights) Menschen und wir sind fast alle Ü-30. Wir leben alle gerne in einer Gemeinschaft mit anderen zusammen. Gleichzeitig sind wir mit Job und Studium beschäftigt und auch mal viel unterwegs. Für unsere WG suchen wir daher Menschen, die ihr Leben und das, was sie bewegt, mit uns teilen wollen, die aber auch ein eigenes soziales Umfeld haben und nicht ausschließlich auf die Gemeinschaft in der WG angewiesen sind. Ausserdem lebt in unserem Haus noch eine weitere WG, mit der wir unsere Feste gerne zusammen feiern.
Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr euch bewusst für das Zusammenleben mit anderen entscheidet, und wisst, dass Zusammenleben viel Kommunikation, Kompromissbereitschaft, Geduld und Humor braucht. Wir freuen uns über Menschen, die Interesse an der Welt haben und Verantwortung für sich und andere übernehmen und sich ein längerfristiges Zuhause wünschen.
Rassismus, Sexismus, Queer- und Menschenfeindlichkeit haben bei uns nichts zu suchen!

We are a rag-tag bunch, consisting of three professionals and two students, with most of us being over 30. All of us enjoy living in a community with others and have moved here specifically because of that reason. At the same time, oftentimes we are away from home being busy with our jobs, studies and travels. There is also an upstairs WG, which we consider a part of our housemate circle and we like to celebrate our parties together.
We are looking for someone who seeks more than just a place to live — someone interested in engaging with the shared community life while also maintaining their own social circle, without relying solely on the shared flat for their social connections.
We welcome people who are curious about the world, who take responsibility for themselves and who are looking for a long-term home. We’ll get along if you consciously want to live with other people and know that living together requires a lot of communication, willingness to compromise, patience and humor.
Racism, sexism, queerphobia and misanthropy have no place here!
