Ich bin zur Zeit noch im Auslandssemester und werde am 02.01.25 wieder in Deutschland sein, ab da sind dann auch Besichtigungen und kennenlernen möglich.
Das Zimmer kann auf Absprache eher bezogen werden.
Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster hin zur Straße und befindet sich neben dem Bad.
Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.

I am currently still doing a semester abroad and will be back in Germany on 02.01.25, from then on viewings and getting to know each other will be possible.
The room can be occupied earlier by arrangement.
The room has a large window facing the street and is located next to the bathroom.
It will be handed over unfurnished.
Also, I speak fluent English so if you prefer English thats totally fine by me :)

Aldi und die Bäckerei Pappert ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. 10 Minuten bis Stadtschloss mit dem ÖPNV. 8 Minuten mit ÖPNV und 20 Gehminuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof.
The apartment is located in the Ziehers-Nord district and Fulda University of Applied Sciences is a 5-minute walk away. Bus stops can be reached in two minutes. Aldi and the Pappert bakery are a 5-minute walk away. 10 minutes to the city center by public transport. 8 minutes by public transport and a 20-minute walk to the main train station.

Bei Vertragsschluss hätte ich gerne Einkommensnachweis oder Bürgschaft und ein Kennenlernen mit dem Vermieter ist vorgesehen.
