Flexible with move-in date: Searching for a WG/studio apartment.

Hello! I'm interested in renting a room for the long term and I'm quite flexible with the move-in date.

I work as a doctoral researcher in Physics at TUM. I'm 27, Indian, and have been living in Munich since 2022. I speak English and I'm learning German. I don't smoke and don't have pets. I have lived in flatshares for about six years and I quite like spending time with flatmates over a drink/cooking together/movie nights. Besides, I'm always up for spontaneous chats in the kitchen, and can also treat you with mildly spicy Indian food ;)

A basic level of cleanliness is important to me. I usually clean things right after using them, but I'm also fine with cleaning schedules. Currently, my hobbies are: playing the guitar, sketching, and reading. Recently I've gotten into fitness and have a room gym with a few weights which I'm happy to share. Apart from that, I'm always up for a hike or any other outdoor activity. If you feel I might be a decent fit, then please let me know.
