I am offering a spacious room (16qm) with a big balcony (6qm) for rent available from 27. of February 2025. It is a modern shared flat in a private student dormitory at the outskirts of Garching.
It comes furnished with a big desk, and office chair, a big wardrobe, a bed with storage, a wall shelf and also a plastic chair for the balcony. You have your own internet connection for which you will potentially need a Modem if you want Wifi.
It comes with a kitchen that comfortably seats 4 people equipped with oven, stove, fridge, a lot of storage for food and kitchen utensils and an additional personal wardrobe to store your belongings.
It has an entrance room with coat hangers and shoe storage, a modern bathroom and a 2qm basement.
Furthermore there is a big party room for the whole dormitory, external and internal parking space for bikes and a laundy room. On the public street in front of the apartment there is always a place to park your car.
The main tenant would ask you to buy the wardrobe and the freezer from him for 300€.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Eingangsbereich mit Kleiderbügeln und Schuhablage, ein modernes Badezimmer und einen 2qm großen Keller.
Darüber hinaus gibt es einen großen Partyraum für das gesamte Wohnheim, externe und interne Abstellflächen für Fahrräder und eine Waschküche. Auf der öffentlichen Straße vor der Wohnung gibt es immer einen Platz, um dein Auto zu parken.
Der Hauptmieter würde verlangen, ihm den Kleiderschrank und die Gefriertruhe für 300€ abzukaufen.
Located close to the fields on the outskirts of Garching, it offers a peaceful location ideal for studying. There is a REWE and a Lidl close by within 5 mins of walking distance, as well as a Bus stop that can bring you to Garching city center (15 minutes of walking and 6 minutes by bike) and to the Forschungszentrum (12 minutes of walking and 4 minutes by bike).
Die Lage in der Nähe der Felder am Stadtrand von Garching bietet eine ruhige Umgebung, die sich ideal zum Studieren eignet. Ein REWE und ein Lidl sind in der Nähe (5 Gehminuten) sowie eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in die Garchinger Innenstadt (15 Gehminuten und 6 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) und zum Forschungszentrum (12 Gehminuten und 4 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad) gelangt.
