Badezimmer stehen dir im 1.OG oder im DG zur Verfügung und ein extra WC im EG.
Damit es nicht allzu langweilig wird in deinem Zimmer, steht dir im Erdgeschoss auch eine große Küche mit großem Ess- und Wohnzimmer für gemeinsame Unternehmungen mit deinen Mitbewohner*innen zur Verfügung.
Ein Gäste-WC befindet sich ebenfalls im EG.
Im Kellergeschoss gibt es einen separaten Wasch- und Trockenraum mit einer neuen Waschmaschine.
Die Zimmer werden grundsätzlich möbliert vermietet, bestehend aus Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl.
In den angegebenen Nebenkosten sind bereits alle Kosten für Wasser / Storm / Heizung und Internet abgedeckt.
Zum Schutz der Privatsphäre des aktuellen Mieters gibt es leider keine Fotos von innen.

Wir sind eine Studenten-WG, bestehend aus 4 Mitbewohner*innen. Nämlich Haitian, Yizheng, Tommaso und Deniz.
Was uns grundsätzlich sehr wichtig ist, sind unter anderem allgemeine Regeln, wie z. B.:
- einhalten des abgesprochenen Putzplans und der Hausordnung
- Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit in den gemeinsam genutzten Räumlichkeiten
Da jeder sein/ihr eigenes Zimmer hat und sich der Gemeinschaftsbereich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet, kannst du dich jederzeit nach Belieben zurückziehen und es wird dir auch niemand böse sein.

We are a student flat share consisting of 4 flat mates. Namely Haitian, Yizheng, Tommaso and Deniz.
What is very important to us are, among other things, general rules, such as:
- adherence to the agreed cleaning schedule and the house rules
- neatness and cleanliness in the shared premises
Since everyone has his/her own room and the common area is located on the first floor of the house, you can withdraw at any time and no one will be angry with you.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach netten Leuten, die nichts gegen eine gemischte Wohngemeinschaft haben.
Und da wären wir auch schon bei einem wichtigen Thema.
Gesucht werden nicht nur Student*innen.
Ihr könnt euch auch gerne bewerben, wenn ihr Azubis seid oder auch schon fest im Arbeitsleben angekommen seid.
Also schreibt uns einfach ein paar Sachen zu euch und was ihr euch beispielsweise vom WG-Leben erhofft oder euch wünscht.
Es wäre auch wünschenswert, wenn ihr die gängigen Unterlagen für Wohnungsbewerbungen bereits parat habt:
- Gehaltsnachweise der letzten 3 Monate (für alle, die noch kein eigenes Geld verdienen gilt: Bürgen / Eltern auch ok und grundsätzlich wünschenswert)
- Mieterselbstauskunft (bei Bürgen: eine Ausführung des Bürgen und eine von euch persönlich)
- positive Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (wenn ihr aktuell schon woanders zur Miete wohnt)
