Looking for a Sub-Tenant from July 2024 - January 2025
Hey everybody,
I will be going on Erasmus this summer, and I am looking for a sub-tenant until January 31th. I have a nice room to offer in the city center on Holstraat:
Who are we?
The house is shared by three people: Michael is a junior architect who enjoys coffee and good vinyls, and Joel is a magician. Michael works full-time, so we try to create a calm but social atmosphere, where we all have our own things to do, but from time to time, we spend time together and have some fun.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a respectful person who likes to hang out and have nice evenings together but also respects others' privacy. We appreciate a responsible, tidy attitude towards shared spaces and open communication. We cherish a nice, caring home environment, so we don’t accept any kind of discrimination.
More details:
The house has a spacious living room, a small garden, and two bathrooms. We also have a washing machine and dishwasher. My room has a king-size bed and a big wardrobe. Additionally, I will leave a bike for you. The rent is €560 all-inclusive + two month deposit. Also domicile is not possible, since it is a sub-let contract.
