Looking for a furnished room, a flat share or host familiy

I’m a German exchange student coming over to Strathclyde University in Glasgow for the winter term (September till the end of December 2017) and I’m looking for a nice furnished room, a flat share or a lovely host family in the neighbourhood of the university where I can live and continue my studies. In addition, I would like to get to know the country and its people.
The flat or room should be reasonably priced and an internet access is vital for my studies. If possible the rent should not exceed £500 with all costs/bills included.

May I introduce myself:
My name is Julia, I’m 25 and I come from southern Germany. I take part in an exchange programme of Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences with Strathclyde University. I study business administration with the subjects controlling, finance and accounting. I’m a serious student and I’m a friendly, polite and reliable person and keep my things in order. In my spare time, I love doing sports, reading books, meeting friends and socialising with people.
