Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, mit hohen Decken und 2 Fenstern. Die gesamte Wohnung, wie auch das Zimmer, ist schön belichtet und lässt zu allen Tageszeiten die Sonne durch die WG scheinen! Da meine Göttinger Zeit zu Ende geht, wird das Zimmer frei.
The room is 16m² in size, with high ceilings and 2 windows. The whole apartment, as well as the room, is well lit and lets the sun shine through the flat share at all times of the day! As my time in Göttingen is coming to an end, the room is becoming available.
Die WG befindet sich in der beliebten Südstadt und daher bist du eigentlich überall sehr schnell. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du etwa 10 Min bis zur Uni, 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt und direkt um die Ecke befinden sich 2 Supermärkte (Nahkauf & Penny, ca 200m und 500m).
Außerdem ist direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle, deren Linien quer durch Göttingen fahren und auch der nächste E-Scooter ist meist nicht weit.
Auch der Kiessee ist direkt um die Ecke und innerhalb von 10 Min erreichbar. Dort lässt es sich super grillen, sporteln oder einfach nur auf der Wiese liegen :)
Das Schwimmbad Göttingens (die Eisweise) ist ebenfalls nur 10 Min entfernt.
The shared flat is located in the popular Südstadt district, so you can get everywhere very quickly. It takes about 10 minutes by bike to the university, 5 minutes to the city center and there are 2 supermarkets just around the corner (Nahkauf & Penny, approx. 200m and 500m).
There is also a bus stop right outside the front door, with lines running right across Göttingen, and the nearest e-scooter is usually not far away either.
The Kiessee lake is also just around the corner and can be reached within 10 minutes. It's a great place to have a barbecue, play sports or just lie on the grass :)
Göttingen's swimming pool (the Eisweise) is also only 10 minutes away.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Alejandro (31) und Valerio (33), die beide ab Juli eine Post-Doc Stelle als Physiker haben werden. Beide sind sehr entspannte und freundliche Mitbewohner. Valerio ist arbeitsbedingt viel unterwegs. In ihrer Freizeit machen die beiden gerne Sport (Volleyball, Bouldern) und kochen gerne und gut. Die beiden sprechen fließend Englisch und Spanisch, Alejandro außerdem Deutsch und Valerio Italienisch. Solange ihr also eine gemeinsame Sprache habt, sollte alles passen :D
Die beiden suchen eine nette, entspannte und ordentliche Person, wobei sie arbeitsbedingt nicht super viel Zeit für gemeinsame WG-Aktivitäten haben.
Your flatmates are Alejandro (31) and Valerio (33), who will both have a post-doc position as physicists from July. Both are very relaxed and friendly flatmates. Valerio travels a lot for work. In their free time, they both like to play sports (volleyball, bouldering) and enjoy cooking. They both speak fluent English and Spanish, Alejandro also speaks German and Valerio Italian. So as long as you have a common language, everything should fit :D
The two are looking for a nice, relaxed and tidy person, although they don't have a lot of time for shared flat-sharing activities due to work.
Es gibt einen Wäscheraum, den wir uns gemeinsam mit dem Rest des Hauses teilen. Die WG hat eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Ebenso einen kleinen Abstellraum und ein größeres Kellerabteil, falls der Platz im Zimmer dann doch mal nicht ausreichen sollte.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben! Die oben angegebenen zusätzlichen Kosten sind GEZ und Internet.
Das Zimmer wird schon im Laufe des Junis frei. Den Einzugsterminkönnten wir also flexibel ab ca. Mitte Juni handhaben.
There is a laundry room that we share with the rest of the house. The shared flat has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a small storage room and a large cellar compartment in case there is not enough space in the room.
The room will be handed over unfurnished!
The rent includes GEZ and internet.
The room will be available in the course of June. The move-in date could therefore be flexible from around mid-June.
