Wunderschönes helles Zimmer inmitten von Graz. Hohe Decken und schöner Parkett unterstreichen den Altbaucharakter der Wohnung. Möbel werden mitgenommen. Die Plattform eignet sich als Bett, kann aber auch als Chill-Ecke genutzt werden, da unten auch genügend Platz bleibt. Die gut ausgestattete Küche, der anschließende große Balkon (10m2) mit Sitzgarnitur und das geräumige Wohnzimmer eignen sich ideal um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Da die Räume alle getrennt voneinander zu erreichen sind (siehe zweites Bild, ungefährer Plan der Wohnung) hat man aber auch sein Ruhe, wenn man sich mal verkriechen will. Ein großes Regal im Vorraum bietet genügend Platz für Schuhe etc. Das Bad ist durch das große Fenster gut belichtet. Einmalig kommen 200€ für Haushaltsgeräte, Gebrauchsgegenstände und Möbel in der restlichen Wohnung dazu.

Beautiful, bright room in the middle of Graz. High ceilings and beautiful parquet floors underline the old building character of the apartment. Furniture will be taken away. The platform is suitable as a bed, but can also be used as a chill corner as there is enough space below. The well-equipped kitchen, the adjoining large balcony (10m2) with seating and the spacious living room are ideal for spending time together. Since the rooms can all be reached separately from each other (see second picture, approximate plan of the apartment), you also have peace and quiet if you want to hide away. A large shelf in the anteroom offers enough space for shoes etc. The bathroom is well lit through the large window. A one-off fee of €200 is added for household appliances, everyday items and furniture in the rest of the apartment.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu allen Unis gelegen. Die Bim-Station Merangasse ist in 2 Gehminuten und die Bushaltestelle Nibelungengasse in 1er Gehminute schnell zu erreichen. Grünflächen, verschiedene Supermärkte wie Billa, Hofer, Lidl und die Herz-Jesu Kirche sind in der Nähe.

The apartment is very well located to all universities. The Merangasse station is a 2-minute walk away and the Nibelungengasse bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. Green areas, various supermarkets such as Billa, Hofer, Lidl and the Herz-Jesu church can be reached quickly.

Uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Gelegentlich planen wir WG-Abende. Immer mal wieder kochen wir oder trinken den morgigen Kaffee zusammen. Ab und zu machen wir auch Wg-Feiern. Obwohl wir definitiv keine Zwecks-Wg sind, eignen sich alle separat begehbaren Zimmer sehr gut dazu seine Privatsphäre zu genießen. In dem Haus wohnen zwei weitere Studenten-Wgs (daneben und darunter). Christina studiert Chemie. Isabella studiert Molekularbiologie. Marie-Anna studiert Mathematik ist aber im Wintersemester auf Erasmus. In der Zeit wohnt Jule bei uns.

Living together harmoniously is very important to us. Occasionally we plan shared evenings. Every now and then we cook or drink tomorrow's coffee together. We also have parties from time to time. Although we are definitely not a shared apartment, all of the separately accessible rooms are ideal for enjoying your privacy. Two other student flats live in the house (next to and below). Christina is studying chemistry. Isabella is studying molecular biology. Marie-Anna is studying mathematics but is on Erasmus in the winter semester. Jule is living with us at the time.
