Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang Februar beziehbar.
Dein Zimmer ist eins von 4 Zimmern. Es hat 27 m² und liegt im hinteren Teil der WG. Du hast zwei große Fenster zur Straße raus. Die Miete liegt bei 415€, dazu kommen noch Kosten wie Internet und GEZ. Wenn du möchtest kannst du dich an unserer Essenskasse beteiligen und wir bekommen Gemüse von einer Solawi. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock und hat einen großen Flur, sowie zwei Klos, ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und zwei Waschbecken. Zudem haben wir eine große Wohnküche in der wir ein Esstisch sowie eine gemütliche Sofaecke haben. Die Straße ist recht ruhig, sodass auch nachts das Fenster aufgemacht werden kann. Wir teilen uns einen großen Garten mit Fahrradschuppen mit den anderen WGs die im Haus wohnen, in dem allerdings nicht viel gegärtnert werden kann, da dieser von den Vermieter*innen gepflegt wird.

The room is available from the beginning of february, but it is also possible to move in after that.
Your room is one of 4 rooms. It has 27 m² and is at the back of the shared flat. You have two large windows to the street. The rent is 415€, plus costs such as internet and GEZ. If you wish, you can contribute to our food fund. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large hallway, two toilets, a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and two washbasins. We also have a large eat-in kitchen with a dining table and a cozy sofa area. The street is quite quiet, so you can open the window at night. We share a large garden with a bicycle shed with the other flatmates who live in the building, but there is not much gardening to be done here as it is maintained by the landlords.
Unsere WG liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, sehr nah an allem dran. Der Bahnhof ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Innenstadt erreichst du in 5 min Fuß und innerhalb von 10 min auf dem Fahrrad hast du ganz Greifswald abgedeckt. Der Campus in der Innenstadt ist 10 Fußminuten weg, der andere 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.

Our shared flat is located in a quiet side street, very close to everything. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes on foot and within 10 minutes by bike you have covered the whole of Greifswald. The campus in the city center is a 10-minute walk away, the other 10 minutes by bike.
Wir verbringen in der WG gerne Zeit zusammen bei gemeinsamen Koch- und Haarfärbeaktionen, Serien-, Kunst-, Musik- oder Spieleabenden oder Ausflügen zum Strand. Oft sind wir aber auch alle unterwegs und es gibt manchmal viel Leerlauf.
In unserer Küche herrscht „Kühlschrankanarchie", das heißt wir teilen (fast) alle Lebensmittel. Wir kochen und essen größtenteils vegan. Mit unserem gemeinsam WG-Konto (in das wir alle je nach unseren Kapazitäten einzahlen) kaufen wir ausschließlich pflanzliche Produkte.
Hier wohnen:
S. (24): S. studiert Landschaftsökologie und Naturschutz im Bachelor, fährt gerne Fahrrad und liest gerne.
K. (25): K. macht eine Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, reist gerne, hat eine große Spielesammlung und hat immer eine gute Buchempfehlung.
B. (21): zieht im April hier ein und studiert Landschaftsökologie und Naturschutz im Bachelor.
Uns ist ein antidiskriminierendes und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander wichtig. Außerdem haben wir eine antifaschistische Grundhaltung.
Wir sind alle geimpft und geboostert und würden uns das auch von dir wünschen, sofern medizinische Gründe nicht dagegen sprechen.
We like to spend time together in the flat share cooking and hair coloring together, having series, art, music or games evenings or trips to the beach. However, we're often all out and about and there's sometimes a lot of idle time.
In our kitchen, we have “fridge anarchy”, which means we share (almost) all the food. We cook and eat mostly vegan. We only buy plant-based products with our shared flat-sharing account (into which we all pay according to our capacities).
Living here:
S. (24): studies landscapeecology and nature conservation (the bachelor), likes to cycle and read.
K. (25): K. is training to be a curative education nurse, enjoys traveling, has a large collection of games and always has a good book recommendation.
B.(21): moves in in april and studies landscapeecology and nature conservation.
Anti-discriminatory and considerate coexistence is important to us. We also have an anti-fascist attitude.
We are all vaccinated and boostered and would like you to be too, unless there are medical reasons not to.
