Ich vermiete ein Zimmer unter, das etwa 22 m² groß ist und für einen Altbau typisch sehr hohe Decken hat. Dadurch wirkt der Raum etwas größer. Aufgrund seiner Lage auf der Südseite des Hauses und eines großen Fensters ist das Zimmer sehr hell und sonnig.
Das Zimmer ist sofort verfügbar. Meine Mutter hat dort gewohnt, wird jedoch aus familiären Gründen für 6 Wochen nicht hier sein.
Das Zimmer und der Rest der Wohnung sind gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist groß genug für Kochabende und Gäste. Es gibt ein Schlafsofa, einen Tisch, eine Kommode und einen Kleiderschrank, den ich in einem kleinen Raum stehen habe. Falls benötigt, kann ich den Kleiderschrank ins Zimmer stellen.
Die Wohnung liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Grevenbroichs entfernt, und eine Bushaltestelle ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Hello,
I'm subletting the room which is approximately 22 m2 and typically has very high ceilings for an old building, which makes the room feel a bit larger. Due to its location on the south side of the house and a large window, the room is very bright and sunny.
The room is immediately available. My mother was staying in the room but due to family reasons she is not gonna be here for a 6 weeks.
The room and rest of the apartment is also well equipped. The kitchen is large enough for cooking evenings and visitors. There is couch bed, table, drawer and there is one wardrope that I don't use in small room when it is needed i can carry the wardrope to the room. It is close to grevenbroich center by walking circa 15 minutes and there is a bus station 5 minutes far away.
