I am traveling to India from 09 April to 31 May and am looking for a person to sublet my room. The room is fully furnished with a balcony. The floor is shared by 5 people, out of which 4 people (including me) share the same kitchen and bathroom.
The location of the house is at a 5-minute walking distance from the bus stop 'Ponthierry Platz' which is well connected to the city. Penny is at a 5-minute walking distance from the house. Other stores are one bus stop away from the house.
You will share the kitchen with Amal, Smit, and Edouard. We speak English and German in the household. The flatmates are pretty chill. It's not a flatshare where you have to necessarily interact. Everyone talks to everyone but you are not obliged.
Being a female, I would prefer to sublet my room to a female.
The warm rent of the room is 330 Euros. I would prefer to get paid for the entire period (660 euros for both months)
