Top WG im Grünen mit eigenem Bad

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Jugendstilpark in Haar, eine direkt an Trudering angrenzende Gemeinde Münchens. Sie befindet sich im inneren Sbahnring (M1). Der Bahnhof ist von hier in 6 min zu fuß zu erreichen, von dort bist du in 18 min am Marienplatz. Zudem besteht direkte Busverbindung nach Trudering (U.bahn) und alle umliegenden Gemeinden.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Gastro und Bäckereien so wie der Ortskern sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Umliegend sind Schmankerl wie der Riemer See mit Park, Feldwege und Wald easy mit dem Rad zu erreichen.

Die locker bebaute Neubaufläche ist sehr grün gestaltet mit vielen Spielplätzen etc. Dadurch sind viele junge Familien hier zugezogen.

The apartment is located in the "Jugendstilpark" in Haar, a municipality of Munich directly adjacent to Trudering. It is located in the inner S-Bahnring (M1). The train station is within 6 minutes walking distance. From there you can reach Marienplatz in 18 minutes. There is also a direct bus connection to Trudering (U-bahn) and all surrounding communities.

Shopping facilities such as Edeka, restaurants and bakeries as well as the town center can be reached within a few minutes on foot.

Recreational ares like the Riemer lake with a park, field paths and forest are easy to reach by bike.

The loosely built-up area is very green with many playgrounds etc.. Thus, many young families have moved here.

Ich selbst bin 28 Jahre und arbeite momentan im Theater.
Bin gesellig und habe mehrere Jahre WG-Erfahrung.
In der Freizeit bin ich gerne sportlich aktiv, mag Kunst und Kultur, bin in den Bergen und verbringe viel Zeit mit meinen Leuten. Perfekt wäre es wenn wir mehr als Freunde und nicht als ZweckWG zusammen leben könnten, gerne gemütlich kochen essen trinken etc. Aber Privatsphäre ist mir in einer WG genau so wichtig wie lustige Abende.

Cool wäre auch wenn man sich solidarisch die anfallenden Aufgaben teilt ohne zwingenden Putzplan. Bisher hat das immer gut funktioniert, aber da wir geteilte Bäder haben ist ja eh schon der größte Teil geregelt.

I am Daniel, 28 years, and currently work at the theater.
Am sociable and have several years of shared apartment experience.
In my spare time I like to do sports, enjoy arts and culture, spend time in the mountains or with friends and family. It would be perfect if we could live together more as friends than a mere purpose WG, and occasionally cook or drink together etc. Of course, privacy is just as important to me in a WG as fun evenings.

It would also be cool if we shared the cleaning tasks without a mandatory cleaning schedule. So far, this has always worked well, but since we have shared bathrooms it should be really easy to implement.

Ich freu mich von dir zu hören und auf ein persönliches kennen lernen :)

Im Theater arbeiten wir teils Morgens teils Abends. Also bin ich zeitlich flexibel zur Besichtigung.
