2) Shopping facilities are also within a short walking distance. The closest to the apartment are REWE and LIDL-located just a few meters from the apartment.
3) Furthermore, an Asia Imbiss, Indian restaurant, Don’t worry be curry are all located near the tram station “Am Steintor”.
4) Right next to the tram station is a beautiful garden with amazing flowers and benches to enjoy the nature in blissful summer.
5) If you want, you can also enjoy the sun in the inner courtyard between the two houses. The inner courtyard consists of a beautiful green area, which is separated from the other by a fence.
6) Despite its very CENTRAL location, there is little or no street noise. However, sometimes you can hear some noises from the surrounding construction sites, but that usually remains within tolerable limits.
