Zwischenmiete/Intermediate rent: 30.08-30.09 (2er WG)

Besser gehts nicht!! Mitten im ruhigeren Nordteil von Pauli, umgeben von Altbau, Kopfsteinpflaster und viel Grünem. Schräg vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Spielplatz, wo jedoch eher auch Ältere an der Tischtennisplatte und am Boulefeld zu finden sind. In die eine Richtung kommt nach ca. 100 m eine Schule, sowie in die andere eine Kirche. Diese Geräuschkulisse die damit einhergeht, die meiner Meinung nach keine wirkliche Belastung darstellt, sollten dich definitiv jedoch nicht stören. Man braucht von hier ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Reeperbahn oder auch zur U Feldstraße. Ebenfalls ist auch schnell die Busstation Bernstoffstraße an der Stresemann zu erreichen. Von hier sind es Katzensprünge zur kleinen Pause, dem Grünen Jäger oder spaziert man in andere Richtungen ist man in ca. 15 min am Park Fiction, sowie in 10 Min. auf dem Schulterblatt. Ruhig gelegen, aber doch Mitten drin!

It doesn't get any better than this!!! In the middle of the quieter northern part of Pauli, surrounded by old buildings, cobblestones and lots of green. Diagonally in front of the front door is a playground, where, however, rather older people can be found at the ping-pong table and the boules field. In one direction there is a school after about 100 m and in the other direction there is a church. This background noise that goes along with it, which in my opinion is not a real burden, should definitely not bother you. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from here to the S-Bahn Reeperbahn or to the U Feldstraße. Likewise, the bus station Bernstoffstraße at the Stresemann can be reached quickly. From here it is a stone's throw to the small break, the Green Hunter or if you walk in other directions you are in about 15 minutes at the Park Fiction, as well as in 10 minutes on the Schulterblatt. Quietly located, but still in the middle of it!

Deine Mitbewohnerin heißt Toni, ist superlieb, aufgeschlossen und achtsam. Sie ist sehr aktiv und genießt es in Hamburg unterwegs zu sein, freut sich aber auch auf den ein oder anderen gemütlichen Abend daheim. Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass ihr euch in der Zwischenmiete versteht, ansonsten werde ich das Zimmer nicht vermieten.

Toni sieht das Zusammenwohnen so: Für mich ist dies hier definitiv keine Zweck-WG, denn ich wünsche mir, dass sich jede*r wohlfühlt und man mit Respekt auf einender achtet. Ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis wo man für einander da ist und jede/-r sich mal zurückziehen kann wenn es gefordert wird. Die geschlossene Tür muss dabei natürlich respektiert werden, aber genauso finde ich sollte es Zeit und Interesse dafür geben gemeinsam Dinge zu machen, egal ob zusammen kochen, Film- oder Spieleabend, noch mal für ein Bier gemeinsam vor die Tür... Natürlich gilt auch, dass was hier in der Wohnung ist gemeinsam genutzt werden kann, also z.B. die Siebträgermaschine, gemeinsamer Balkon an der Küche, etc.. 2er WG ist nicht immer leicht, weswegen für mich wahnsinnig wichtig ist, dass du fähig bist zu kommunizieren. Ich wäre dankbar wenn du schon ein wenig WG-Erfahrung mitbringst. Alles weitere besprechen wird dann...

Your roommate's name is Toni, she is super sweet, open-minded and attentive. She is very active and enjoys being out and about in Hamburg, but is also looking forward to the one or other cozy evening at home. It is very important to me that you get along in the Zwischenmiete, otherwise I will not rent the room.

Toni sees living together like this: For me, this is definitely not a purpose shared apartment, because I want everyone to feel comfortable and to respect each other. A friendly relationship where you are there for each other and everyone can withdraw when it is required. The closed door has to be respected of course, but I also think there should be time and interest to do things together, no matter if cooking together, movie or game night, going out for a beer together... Of course, it is also true that what is here in the apartment can be used together, so for example, the sieve machine, shared balcony at the kitchen, etc.. 2er WG is not always easy, which is why for me is insanely important that you are able to communicate. I would be grateful if you already bring a little WG experience. Everything else will be discussed then...
