Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lassen sich in 18 minuten zu Fuß erreichen, aber auch erreichbar mit Fahrrad.
Es gibt in der Umgebung mehrere Wälder die sich perfekt zum Laufen anbieten.

Da die WG recht klein ist finde ich es wichtig das man Rücksicht aufeinander nimmt.
Nicht ständig Müll rumliegen lassen, selbständiges saubermachen und besorgen von Haushaltsgegenstände die man sich teilt.

Ich heiße Leon, Ich bin 33 Jahre alt, und arbeite als Abteilungsleiter In Rewe Getränkemarkt. Ich habe ein Faibel für alles mögliche aus Japan (Anime,Manga,Idols,sake usw), was natürlich auch die kulinarische Richtung betrifft.
Generell koche ich auch gerne.
Meine sportlichen interessieren beschränken sich auf CrossFit.

Im offering a 13 square meter room in my apartment up for rent. Available right away.
There is a washer and a large storage room in the cellar for bikes and miscellaneous. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The stop for a bus that will take you to Bergedorf central station is right in front of the door. The nearest grocery store is 18 minutes by foot, but you can also reach it by bike.
The area is amazing for running and also has Forrests.
Since the apartment is pretty small, I think it's important that we're mindful about cleaning up after using something, not leaving trash around and pitching in when we need something for the apartment.
Last but not least some information from the principal tenant: My name is Leon and I'm 33 years old, I'm in Management at the local Rewe Store.
I have an affinity for all sorts of things from Japan (anime, manga, Idols, Sake), naturally also in terms of cooking.
I have an interest in sports, but it's limited to CrossFit.
