Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber dafür gut geschnitten, sehr hell und gemütlich.
Dadurch dass es nur neben dem Bad und einem anderen Zimmer grenzt hört man auch nicht viel von dem Rest.
In der Miete enthalten sind ein Schrank für die Kleidung, ein Schreibtisch plus Stuhl und ein Bettgestell für ein 1,20m Matratze.
Theoretisch könnte meine Matratze übernommen werden aber dar diese sehr gut ist müsst ich mir nochmal Gedanken machen über die Abschlagskosten.
Mit dem großen Fenster kann man super lüften und Sonne herein lassen.

Die Lage ist für Bramfeld sehr gut, du bist in 5 min bei der Busstation wo dich die 18 innerhalb von 10 Minuten zum Barmbeck Bahnhof bringt, von da aus kannst du diverse s- oder ubahnen nehmen.
Oder du kannst die 8 zu Wandbeck Gartenstadt nehmen und bist dort in 5 minuten und dann mit der u1 in weiteren 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum!
Mit dem Rad bist du in ca 30 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.
Des weiteren gibt es extrem viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Innerhalb von 3 Minuten bist du zufuss beim Penny, in 10 Minuten zufuss beim Kaufland, Rossmann, Lidl, Edeka und weiteren tollen Läden.
Ausserdem sind viele grosse und kleine Parks nah, perfekt für Radfahrer*innen oder Jogger*innen.

Die beiden sind viel mit Ihrer Ausbildung beschäftigt aber man trifft sich oft in der Küche zum kochen.
Da wir eher richtung Zwecks Wg gehen wird nicht viel miteinander Unternommen aber für ein lockeres Gespräch sind alle offen, da sich die Wg Zusammensetzung aber auch noch ändern wird kannst du im endeffekt selbst mitbestimmen welches WG Klima du haben möchtest.

The two are busy with their training but we often meet in the kitchen to cook.
As we are more of a shared flat, we don't do much together but everyone is open to a casual chat. As the composition of the shared flat will also change, you can ultimately decide for yourself what kind of shared flat atmosphere you want.
Unser Kleiner Juwel der Wohnung ist der kleine Garten, da ich nur größtenteils im Winter und Herbst hier gewohnt habe hab ich nicht viele Projekte begonnen aber man kann aus diesem kleinen Stück land sicherlich einiges raus holen!
Ausserdem finde ich unseren Großen Keller mit jede Menge Stauraum super, ich habe da momentan noch mein Sofa und ein Fahrrad gelagert also wird es sehr viel leerer wenn ich ausziehe!
Ausserdem befindet sich im Keller eine Waschmaschiene und neben unserem Abteil ein Trockenraum inklusive Aufhängmöglichkeiten!
Zudem gibt es auch noch eine Abstellkammer in def Wohnung mit viel platz!

Our little jewel of the apartment is the small garden. Since I only lived here mostly in winter and autumn, I didn't start many projects, but you can definitely get a lot out of this small piece of land!
I also think our large basement with lots of storage space is great. I currently have my sofa and a bike stored there, so it will be a lot emptier when I move out!
There is also a washing machine in the basement and next to our compartment there is a drying room with hanging options!
There is also a storage room in the apartment with lots of space!
