Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet in einer ruhigen Lage.
Es ist halb möbliert, jedoch fehlt das Wichtigste, unzwar das Bett.
Die jetzige Bewohnerin nimmt es nämlich mit.
Was bleibt dann überhaupt im Zimmer stehen?
Drin stehen bleibt ein Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange und ein Ikea Regal.
The room is directed towards the inner courtyard in a quiet location.
It is partially furnished, but the most important thing is missing, namely the bed.
The current resident is taking it with her.
So what will be left in the room?
A desk, a clothes rack, and an Ikea shelf will remain.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Lutterothstrasse ist in der Nähe und nur 7 Gehminuten zur Osterstrasse. Es ist super zentral und man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Das UKE ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
The Lutterothstraße subway station is nearby, just a 7-minute walk to Osterstraße. It’s super central, and you can get anywhere quickly. The UKE (University Medical Center) is just a 10-minute bike ride away.
Hier wohnen Polina, Sophie und Leo. Polina zieht zum 15.3. aus. Sie studiert Medizin und ist super offen. Leo studiert Sonderpädagogik und macht viel Sport. Sophie kommt am 1.4. zurück in die Wohnung nachdem sie jetzt 1,5 Jahre in Amerika gelebt hat. Unregelmäßig machen wir auch was zusammen, aber das ist leider seltener. Vielleicht ändert es sich ja mit dir :)
Polina, Sophie, and Leo live here. Polina is moving out on March 15th. She’s studying medicine and is very open. Leo is studying special education and does a lot of sports. Sophie is coming back to the apartment on April 1st after living in America for 1.5 years. We occasionally do things together, but it’s unfortunately less often. Maybe that will change with you :)
!!! Das Zimmer kann auch schon zum 15.3. bezogen werden, wenn es so spontan bei dir passt !!!
