The room is 16 square meters and has two large windows. It is surrounded by trees and old buildings. It is on the third floor, bright and quiet because it overlooks the garden and a small street with a couple of restaurants.
The apartment is 67 square meters and was completely renovated in 2020. It is a three-room (+kitchen) apartment in which one will be used in common, for eating and chatting!
It is possible to dry laundry in the attic (1 floor above!).

Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und verfügt über zwei große Fenster. Es ist von Bäumen und alten Gebäuden umgeben. Es liegt im dritten Stock, ist hell und ruhig, da es den Garten und eine kleine Straße mit einigen Restaurants überblickt. Die Wohnung ist 67 Quadratmeter groß und wurde im Jahr 2020 komplett renoviert. Es handelt sich um eine Dreizimmerwohnung (+Küche), in der eines gemeinsam zum Essen genutzt wird!
Die Wäsche kann man im Dachgeschoss (1 Etage darüber!) trocknen.

La camera è di 16 metri quadrati e ha due grandi finestre. È circondata da alberi e palazzi antichi.
È al terzo piano, luminosa e tranquilla perché si affaccia sul giardino e su una piccola strada con un paio di ristoranti.
L'appartamento è di 67 metri quadri ed stato completamente ristrutturato nel 2020. E' un appartamento di tre stanze in cui una verrà usata in comune, per mangiare e chiacchierare!
È possibile asciugare il bucato in soffitta (1 piano sopra!).

The area is very cosy, with a lot of cafès and restaurants. It is very quiet and located between Sternschanze, Osterstraße and Eppendorf. It is next to Kaifu Lodge/Bäderland Kaifusole.
Very close there is Aldi, Penny Market, Budnikowsky and a bit further - Schanze (15 min), Rewe and Lidl.
The building is very close to the U-bahn Christuskirche (2 min), U-bahn Schlump (10 min), S-bahn Sternschanze (12 min) and buses 20 and 25 (5 min).

Die Gegend ist sehr gemütlich, mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist sehr ruhig und liegt zwischen Sternschanze, Osterstraße und Eppendorf. Es liegt neben der Kaifu Lodge/Bäderland Kaifusole.
Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Aldi, Penny Market, Budnikowsky und etwas weiter - Schanze (15 Min.), Rewe und Lidl.

La zona è molto accogliente, con molti bar e ristoranti. È molto tranquillo e si trova tra Sternschanze, Osterstraße ed Eppendorf. È accanto al Kaifu Lodge/Bäderland Kaifusole.
Molto vicino ci sono Aldi, Penny Market, Budnikowsky e un po' più lontano - Schanze (15 min), Rewe e Lidl.

I am looking for someone for a period of 4 to 6 months.
I like the apartment to be a peaceful but also independent place. I like order and cleanliness especially in the kitchen. Cleaning min. once a week!
I practically never drink alcohol and I prefer those who do not drink regularly.

Ich suche jemanden für einen Zeitraum von 4 bis 6 Monaten.
Mir gefällt, dass die Wohnung ein friedlicher, aber auch autonomer Ort ist. Ich mag Ordnung und Sauberkeit, besonders in einer Küche. Reinigung mind. einmal pro Woche!
Ich trinke praktisch nie Alkohol und bevorzuge diejenigen, die nicht regelmäßig trinken.

Sto cercando qualcuno per un periodo da 4 a 6 mesi.
Mi piace che l'appartamento sia un luogo sereno ma anche autonomo. Mi piace l'ordine e la pulizia soprattutto in un cucina. Pulizie una volta a settimana!
Non bevo praticamente mai alcol e preferisco chi non beve regolarmente.
