I am the landlord of this apartment.
Nice small furnished room in international shared apartment free.
The residents come from different countries, but if it fits we would also be willing to rent a potato (German) :-)
There are 2 bathrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wifi.
Important: smoking is not allowed in the whole apartment, not even in your room!

The rent includes all utilities (heating, electricity, internet...)
The rental period is at least 3 months, but the room is also rented indefinitely.
Registration is of course possible.

Ich bin der Vermieter dieser Wohnung.
Schönes kleines möbliertes Zimmer in internationaler WG frei.
Die Bewohnerinnen kommen aus verschiedenen Ländern, wenn es passt wären wir aber auch bereit an eine Kartoffel (deutsche) zu vermieten :-)
Es gibt 2 Badezimmer, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, WLAN.
Wichtig: in der ganzen Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, auch nicht in deinem Zimmer !
Kontakt bitte möglichst per Whatsapp, (ver información de contacto), oder Mail, ich melde mich dann.
Die Miete ist inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet...)
Mietdauer sind mindestens 3 Monate, das Zimmer wird aber auch unbefristet vermietet.
Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.

5 minutes walk to the bus, 5 minutes walk to the UKE, 10 minutes walk to the Alster, 8 minutes walk to the airport bus.

Es ist keine anonyme Zweck-WG.
Du findest hier allerdings auch keinen Familienersatz.
Hier hat jede(r) viel zu tun (lernen bzw. arbeiten) und auch sein Privatleben.
Es ist also eher ruhig.
Dennoch achten wir darauf das die Chemie untereinander stimmt.
Es ist keine Party-WG.
Von der Ordnung her ist es nicht unbedingt perfekt,
wir haben jedoch eine Spülmaschine und die wird jeden Tag benutzt.
Es gibt in der WG keinen Fernseher.
Da wir (fast alle) früh aufstehen müssen wäre es gut wenn du nachts ruhig bist und nicht um Mitternacht anfängst zu kochen.

You won't find a family replacement here either.
Here everyone has a lot to do (learn or work) and also their private life.
So it's rather quiet.
Nevertheless, we make sure that the chemistry is right with each other.
It's not a party flat.
In terms of order, it is not necessarily perfect
however we have a dishwasher and it is used every day.
There is no television in the shared apartment.
Since we (almost all) have to get up early, it would be good if you are quiet at night and don't start to cook at midnight.

Замены семьи здесь тоже не найдешь.
Здесь каждому есть чем заняться (учиться или работать), а также личная жизнь.
Так что довольно тихо.
Тем не менее, мы следим за тем, чтобы химия соответствовала друг другу.
Это не квартира для вечеринок.
С точки зрения порядка это не обязательно идеально
однако у нас есть посудомоечная машина, и она используется каждый день.
В квартире нет телевизора.
Поскольку нам (почти всем) приходится рано вставать, было бы хорошо, если бы вы по ночам молчали и не начинали готовить в полночь.
