Hallo liebe*r Interessent*in,
unser Mitbewohner zieht nach 6,5 Jahren (leider, aber schön für ihn ;)) mit seiner Freundin zusammen und wir suchen eine nette Person, die sich in unserer Wohnung wohlfühlt und wir uns mit ihr. Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG. D.h., dass wir viel unterwegs sind und meine Mitbewohnerin die meiste Zeit bei ihrem Freund ist, sodass es passieren kann, dass man sich 1-2 Tage mal nicht begegnet. Allerdings ist dies keine Zweck-WG und wir wünschen uns ein respektvolles Miteinander und hier und da einen geselligen Abend (Kochen, Filme, Spiele,...) oder Austausch.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß, aber es gibt im Flur einen Einbauschrank, in dem Sachen verstaut werden können, sowie einen Keller. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine kleine Küche und großem Wohnzimmer mit anschließendem Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof (Südseite). Der Balkon liegt sehr windgeschützt, sodass man sich an sonnigen Tagen von März bis Oktober im Bikini ohne Probleme sonnen kann (ohne Witz^^).
Die Wohnung liegt in der 6. Etage und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Außerdem gibt es 1 Bad und 1 separates WC. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung durch die hohe Lage sehr hell und im Winter manchmal etwas kühl.

Our roommate is moving in with his girlfriend after 6.5 years (unfortunately for us, but great for him ;)), and we are looking for a nice person who feels comfortable in our apartment and with us. We are a working shared flat. This means that we are often out, and my roommate spends most of her time at her boyfriend's place, so it can happen that we don't see each other for 1-2 days. However, this is not a functional shared flat, and we wish for a respectful coexistence and occasional social evenings (cooking, movies, games, etc.) or exchange.
The room is approximately 15m² in size, but there is a built-in closet in the hallway where things can be stored, as well as a basement. The apartment has a small kitchen and a large living room with an adjoining balcony facing the quiet courtyard (south side). The balcony is very sheltered from the wind, so on sunny days from March to October, you can sunbathe in a bikini without any problems (no joke^^).
The apartment is located on the 6th floor, and there is an elevator. Additionally, there is 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. Overall, the apartment is very bright due to its high location, and it can sometimes be a bit cool in the winter.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Rathaus und Speicherstadt, sodass viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Allerdings sind die nahe liegenden Supermärkte City-Märkte mit erhöhten Preisen. Das ist aber auch schon das einzige Manko an der Wohnlage. ;)
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den U-Bahn Haltestellen Rödingsmarkt (U3) und Meßberg (U1) und sind innerhalb von 5-7 min erreichbar. In 10 min Entfernung liegt die Stadthausbrücke (S3/S1).

The apartment is located very centrally between the Town Hall and the Speicherstadt, so many shopping opportunities are within walking distance. However, the nearby supermarkets are city markets with higher prices. But that's really the only downside of the location. ;)
The apartment is situated between the Rödingsmarkt (U3) and Meßberg (U1) subway stations, both of which can be reached within 5-7 minutes. The Stadthausbrücke (S3/S1) is a 10-minute walk away.
Edna und ich (Anne) sind entspannte Mitbewohnerinnen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das WG-Zentrum, wo geschnackt, Filme und Serien geschaut werden und einmal im Jahr auch mal eine Party geschmissen wird. Wir sind also eher ruhiger unterwegs und keine Party-WG. ;)
Edna ist Architektin und kommt aus Kolumbien. Daher unterhalten wir uns die meiste Zeit auf Englisch. Sie bereitet sich ständig auf einen weiteren Triathlon vor und ist insgesamt sehr sauber und ordentlich und hat einen guten (sarkastischen) Humor.
Ich bin Berufsschullehrerin, praktiziere gerne Yoga & Meditation und Tanzen ist meine Leidenschaft. In meiner Freizeit bin ich viel unterwegs und treffe mich mit meinen Freund*innen. Wir beide kochen viel und gerne.
Ein geselliges Miteinander ist uns wichtig. Gleichzeitig wird die Privatsphäre toleriert und dass man nach einem stressigen Tag die Tür hinter sich verschließen kann. Es wäre schön, ab und an mal zusammen zu kochen oder zu essen. Probleme sollten offen angesprochen werden, wenn es welche gibt. :)

Edna and I (Anne) are easygoing roommates. The living room is the shared flat's central hub, where we chat, watch movies and series, and occasionally throw a party once a year. So, we tend to be on the quieter side and are not a party shared flat. ;)
Edna is an architect and comes from Colombia. Therefore, we mostly communicate in English. She is constantly training for another triathlon and is generally very clean and organized, with a good (sarcastic) sense of humor.
I am a vocational school teacher, enjoy practicing yoga and meditation, and dancing is my passion. In my free time, I am often out, meeting up with my friends. We both love to cook and do so frequently.
A sociable coexistence is important to us. At the same time, privacy is respected, and it's understood that after a stressful day, you can close the door behind you. It would be nice to cook or eat together every now and then. Any issues should be openly discussed if they arise. :)

Wir würden uns über eine kurze Beschreibung über euch freuen, vielleicht mit einem Foto, wenn ihr möchtet. Das genaue Einzugsdatum Anfang April können wir dann nochmal besprechen.
