Large room on the 3rd floor. Picture of furnished bedroom is my room. I added that to give an idea of the room sizes as both bedrooms are the same size. I only have old pictures of the available room from when it was unfurnished (flatmate is still living here atm)
The option is there to purchase some of the existing furniture in the room (bed, wardrobe etc). Alternatively, my current flatmate will sell the stuff before someone else moves in.
Residential area. Located 1 minute walk from a bus stop and 5-6 minutes from u bahn station (U2&U4). Hauptbahnhof 10 minutes on u bahn. Penny 2 minutes walk away and Rewe 7-8 minute walk
35 year old male from the UK and living in Hamburg for 2 years. Relaxed and welcoming. Happy to spend some time socialising together in the flat, maybe having a few drinks, cooking (not all Brits are terrible cooks haha) or just generally chilling out but I spend most of my time in my own room. Like to keep the flat clean (but not obsessive haha). Quiet. Sometimes have friends over but not often (1-2 times a month). Mostly work from home in my own room.
