This cozy, fully furnished room has everything you need to quickly feel at home:
- Large, comfortable bed (sheets and linens provided), wardrobe and desk with chair
- View into the greenery/quiet area

- The fully furnished kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other two tenants.

Centrally but quietly located in Hamburg-Horn - 5 minutes walking distance to the Horner Rennbahn subway station (U2 / U4) - from here you are in 9 minutes at the main train station and in 8 minutes at Berliner Tor. Supermarkets (REWE, Penny), cafés and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. If you enjoy jogging or cycling, Horn is one of the greenest districts of Hamburg (Hammer Park, Horner Geest, Horner Rennbahn, everything within walking distance), also with barbecue and picnic facilities.
You will be living with two flatmates with whom you share the common areas (kitchen and bathroom).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, etc.
Please note that it is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Please also note that there is NO WASHING MACHINE in the apartment. You can find a laundry room right next door with a cost of €5 per washing cycle. Alternatively, there is a cheaper launderette at a 9 min walking distance
