Gesucht wird eine FLINTA-Person, sorry, keine cis-Männer.
Vom 24.09.-15.11. vermiete ich ein Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Harburg-Marmstorf.
Das Zimmer ist mit 10qm klein und quadratisch geschnitten. Es gibt zwei Kommoden, Matratze und Stuhl, ein Schreibtisch wäre auch vorhanden, falls benötigt.
Die Wohnung ist 70qm groß und liegt verkehrsgünstig. Vollausgestatte Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Miete wird günstig (300€/Monat all incl.)sein, dafür erwarte ich, dass Du meine beiden Katzen liebevoll versorgst, wenn ich nicht da bin. Im angegebenen Zeitraum werde ich viel unterwegs sein. Du hast also die Wohnung oft für Dich.
Mir ist ein verbindliches, freundliches und vertrauensvolles Miteinander wichtig.
Ich bin eine umgängliche Person, nicht-binär, 44 Jahre alt. Gesucht wird eine FLINTA-Person.
Es gibt ein Wohn-/Arbeitszimmer, das Du ebenfalls nutzen kannst. Wenn ich zuhause bin, arbeite ich allerdings im homeoffice, daher müssten wir uns dann absprechen.

From 24.09.-15.11. one room (10sqm) is available in my 3-rooms-appartment on Hamburg - Harburg. The room is furnished (2 sideboards, chair, mattress, desk if needed). No registration possible.
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, bathtub etc, the total size is 70qm².
Rent will be 300€/months, all inclusive, internet etc. The deal involved: you responsibly look after my two cats, while I am absent. As I will be travelling a lot during these weeks, you will have the whole apartment often for yourself. You can enjoy the living room or use my study space. All rooms are attached to a central corridor.
I am looking for a FLINTA person only. There will be a contract, a deposit (500€) and I value clear, honest communication. When I am @home I work from my homeoffice, during that time we cannot share this room.

Die Lage an der Bremer Straße ist verkehrsgünstig. Es gibt Doppelglasfenster, daher stört die Straße nicht sehr.
Direkt vor der Haustür fahren ein paar Busse Richtung Harburg, in 10min bis zur S-Bahn S3/S5. Zu Fuß sind es 20min bis zur S-Bahn. Die S-Bahn fährt gute 15min zum Hbf.
Directly in front of the building is a bus stop which connects you in 5 stops to S3/S5. Central Station is 15min by S-Bahn. Walking to SBahn takes 20min.
Shopping is close, two parks are a five minutes walk away.
You will not hear the road in front of the building as the windows are doubled.
Ich bewohne die Wohnung meist allein, ab und an nehme ich für kürzere Zeiträume Mitbewohnis auf.
Wichtig ist: Mit in der Wohnung leben zwei Katzen, die Du als Gegenleistung für eine sehr günstige Miete mitversorgst. Die eine ist sehr aufgeschlossen und verspielt, die andere zurückhaltend.

There are two cats living with me, one very friendly and playful, the other one shy. While I am traveling I need you to look after the two of them, in exchange the rent is affordable.
