I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for a room from November 1st, 2024, to March 1st, 2025. The room is located at Lange Reihe 51, Hamburg, and the monthly rent, including all utilities, is €780. After March 1st, it is possible to sign a new contract with the landlord, but a small rent increase might apply.
The room comes fully furnished except for the desk, bookshelf, and office chair shown in the photos, which are not included. You'll be sharing the flat with three other housemates:
Frank (62), who works in healthcare
Ramzi (29), a nurse
Tim (23), an architecture intern

Ich suche jemanden, der meinen Vertrag für ein Zimmer vom 1. November 2024 bis zum 1. März 2025 übernimmt. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Lange Reihe 51, Hamburg, und die monatliche Miete beträgt inklusive aller Nebenkosten 780 €. Ab dem 1. März ist es möglich, einen neuen Vertrag mit dem Vermieter zu unterschreiben, wobei eine kleine Mietanpassung möglich sein könnte.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, mit Ausnahme des Schreibtisches, des Bücherregals und des Bürostuhls, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind und nicht dazu gehören. Sie würden die Wohnung mit drei anderen Mitbewohnern teilen:

We are a relaxed and friendly flatshare consisting of a healthcare worker, a nurse, and an architecture intern. We enjoy spending time together in the kitchen’s sitting area, whether it’s for a chat or a shared meal. While we value a laid-back atmosphere, we also appreciate a proactive approach to communal living, where everyone contributes to keeping the shared spaces clean and welcoming. We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, sociable, and willing to actively participate in WG life.

The room is non-smoking, and we kindly ask that guests also respect this rule.
We appreciate a respectful and considerate environment, where everyone feels comfortable and at home.
Regular cleaning of common areas is organized on a rotation basis, and we expect all housemates to participate.
Viewing appointments can be arranged on weekends or weekday evenings.

Besichtigungstermine können am Wochenende oder abends an Wochentagen vereinbart werden.
