Die Wohnung ist räumlich ideal aufgeteilt mit gemütlicher Wohnküche, großem, geräumigem Wohnflur in feng shui Farben, einer Abstellkammer, WC und Bad getrennt. Sämtliche Geschäfte direkt vorm Haus, Restaurants + Im-bisse + Kioske bis mindestens 2.oo Uhr nachts. Also schon ein easy life.
die wohnung ist komplett und gemütlich möbliert und geschmackvoll dekoriert mit kuriositäten, vasen, statuen und ähnlichem aus aller welt. auch antiquitäten sind dabei. die küche ist groß-zügig mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was ein guter vielseitiger koch braucht.
die extrem günstigen einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den ca. 25 orientalischen gemüseläden, bis mindestens 20 uhr geöffnet, etliche bis 22 uhr, in nur 50 m radius, sind die vielseitigsten in der stadt.
mindestens ebenso viele snackbars/imbisse von exzellenter qualität, geöffnet bis 2 uhr, Penny in 30 meter entfernung, Lidl 200 m, Busbahnhof (Flixbus) 100m, U-/S-Bahn + Bahnhof 300 m, Außen-Alster 10 minuten)

Die Wohnung hat 70 qm, sanierter Altbau, Mikrowelle, großer extra froster, Südseite, maximal drei Mitbewohner, KabelTV, internet + Festnetz flat. Zentraler geht nicht! Wir sind gut organisiert. 5 min zur Alster.. Lets roll... alternative friendly, entspannt.

bitte nur SELBST anrufen, bis 1 uhr nachts ist genügend zeit dafür. öfters versuchen. das zimmer ist für EINE person, möbliert in einer wg. cool, entspannt mit freundlichen leuten. damit das so bleibt MUSS deutsch oder english wirklich fließend gesprochen werden, damit die kommunikation auch klappt.
UND: es handelt sich um eine WG mit gemeinsamer Verantwortung und sozial fairem Verhalten,
keine "Unterkunft", keine professionelle Zimmervermietung!

appartment size: 73 sqm, fully equipped kitchen, oriental area with more than 20 asian shops in les than 50 m walking distance, central busstand = 100 m. central station = 300 m
this is a private "shared appartment". 3 seperate rooms, one person each, bathroom + kitchen is shared. mutual respect, reliability/trust, responsibility and maintenance is mandatory. you must have a valid visa and we are NOT impressed by qualifications, jobs, education standarts and all the other "outstanding best" attributes with which you are usually advertising yourself.
we are experienced many decades with southeast asians, here and there in many ways...
