mein Name ist Teodor und im Sommer bin ich nicht in Hamburg, also suche ich jemanden, der ein schönen Zimmer in einem schönen Wohnheim mit sehr netten Leuten untermieten will. Das Wohnheim befindet sich an einem sehr angenehmen Ort. Von der U2-Station "Hagenbecks Tierpark" sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und 30 Minuten in die Innenstadt. 6-7 Minuten zu Fuß in die andere Richtung ist die Bushaltestelle der Buslinie 4, die direkt zur Universität Hamburg führt.
Auf dem Stock befinden sich eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Es gibt 4 Badezimmer + eine weitere Toilette.
Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel mit viel Platz, mit einem eigenen Waschbecken und großen Abstellraum. Die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
In dem Wohnheim gibt es Bar mit Tischfußball, Billard und Tischtennis. Es gibt auch zwei Fitnessräume, Musikraum und schöne Dachterrasse

my name is Teodor and during the summer I'm not in Hamburg so I'm looking for someone who wants to live in a beautiful room in a dorm with very nice people. The dormitory is in a very pleasant place. It is 10 minutes walk from U2 station "Hagenbecks Tierpark" and 30 minutes to the city center. 6-7 minutes walk in the other direction is the bus stop for bus number 4, which goes directly to the University of Hamburg.
On the floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with plasma TV and Playstation. There are 4 bathrooms + one more toilet.
The room is very comfortable with plenty of space, with its own sink and large storage room. The flatmates are very nice, friendly and helpful.
The residence has a bar with table football, billiards and table tennis. There are also two fitness rooms, a music room and a beautiful roof terrace.
