The cozy room is available for rent from February 😉 A bit earlier move-in date might be possible. I don't know what else to say for the room hahah. Please ask if there's anything ;)
Wilhelmsburg is a cosmopolitan and green district of HH 😎 You have Bus 13 stops close to home. S Veddel or Wilhelmsburg are nearby; e.g. 8 min to the S-Bahn and then 7 min to the main station.
Many supermarkets & co. (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Penny / Tedi, Budni, KiK etc.) and parks nearby
Cleanliness and tidiness are a must for me. There is a weekly cleaning routine. In the shared flat, everyone should clean the kitchen in particular after use, unless there is an emergency to leave it untidy. For other common areas, it is of course generally important to always use them clean.
I am looking for an EXTROVERT roommate. That would be decisive... It is of course normal to be introvert but for both of us, it just wouldn't work 😬
"NO-SHOE-HOUSE" rule has no exception... You gotta kindly make sure guests as well do not enter thr flat with shoes 😅 Carpet cleaning is expensive and rainy Hamburg weather makes the flat dirty... Why I am saying it because some old roommies just didn't care...

Traveling is one of my passions ✈️ ☀️ I visited 13 countries and many cities in Germany during my Erasmus year here and even more later ✨ I also love to cook and can usually often be seen cooking. I also like to have long conversations over beer, wine or tea and talk about everything, watch sports and play sometimes.
I have lived in dorms and WGs for many years. Since I've been through all the phases of living in shared accomodations, I'm currently looking for a good balance between hanging out together, and also having quiet time to write and read or just rest my mind 😌 Normally, the perfect roommate for me would be a person who, among other things, makes me want to try new music tastes, movies, dishes or other ideas we haven't thought of yet 😜 But it depends on how long we live together.
I think it's cool if we can say, let's play table tennis, badminton, card games etc. if you're particularly into that or spontaneously do whatever we think of next from time to time.... Nice food smells in the air or good taste of all kinds in an apartment make life better and easier 😊 Sometimes it's just a matter of time 😉 I've been working full time since July. So we usually see each other in the evenings and at weekends...
P.s. 2 days I work from home
Rent is included electricity, gas, internet etc. So you don't have to pay anything more.
We will make a sublease contract.
I have PS5, Espresso machine, toaster, waffle maker, microwave and
"New": TV, washing maschine, dishwasher, dryer and Einbauherd, -Ofen...
