Ich werde ab Erste September. bis Ende des Jahres ein WG-Zimmer für 600 Euro vermieten (ich bin jedoch etwas flexibel). Zunächst möchte ich Ihnen jedoch die Wohnung für zwei Monate vermieten. Wenn wir uns einig sind, kann ich den Zeitraum für Sie verlängern.
Einige Informationen zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung hat eine Fläche von 50 Quadratmetern und besteht aus einer kleinen Eingangshalle, einem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und einer separaten Küchenzeile. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon. Wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen oder joggen, gibt es in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Park. Die S-Bahn-Station Heimfeld ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass Sie die Stadt in 25 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, und es gibt Supermärkte wie Penny und Aldi, die Sie zu Fuß erreichen können. Die Technische Universität Hamburg (TUHH) ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, mit einem Bett und einem Kleiderschrank, und die Küche ist ausgestattet. In den 600 Euro ist alles enthalten (Strom, Internet etc.).
