here you live at the pulse of time, in the middle of the city, with a far-reaching view over the rooftops.
All public transport is right outside the door - bus, subway, railroad and city bike in front of the door ( = Stadtrad, 30min each for free ).
E-bikes, e-scooters, MOIA taxi, car sharing, residents parking, bike cellar - everything there.
Only 5min from the Rindermarkthalle with supermarkets like ALDI and Edeka, bakery, florist, drugstore, pharmacy and food court.
In the other direction lots of bars, restaurants and other supermarkets like LIDL, Penny and Alnatura.
Green areas such as Wohlers Park, Schanzenpark and Planten un Blomen in 10min away.
Ich bin eine ziemlich geradlinige & entspannte Person.
Wichtig sind mir Ordnung, Ehrlichkeit und ein gutes Miteinander.
Ich bin viel unterwegs und abends meist zuhause, es muss einfach menschlich passen.
Dafür suche ich eine Untermieterin, die unter der Woche tagsüber außer Haus ist.
Parties zuhause brauche ich nicht, Essen & Abende zusammen nur gelegentlich.
Die Wohnung steht Dir genauso wie mir zur Verfügung.
Eins ist mir wichtig - bitte vorher Bescheid geben, wenn Dritte mit in die Wohnung kommen.

During the day I'm rather busy and in the evening mostly at home, it must fit humanly.
For this I am looking for a female subtenant who is out of the house during the day during the week.
Parties at home I do not need, meals & evenings together only occasionally.
The apartment is available to you as well as to me.
